  This is a great-looking and clean place in a nice part of Brooklyn. Rachel is responsive and helpful, and coordinating our stay with her was a breeze. My friend slept on the air bed while I slept on the sofa, and both were comfortable. As is noted in the description, the space is open and doesn't allow a lot of privacy, so I would take this into consideration before booking the room (it wasn't a problem for us). Overall, well worth the modest price.

  We were stranded in New York due to a sudden cancellation of our booked AIrBNB accommodation. We were put on standby and Rachel quickly offered an apartment she was renting out for a friend. The place was a great replacement to what we had previously booked and exactly where we wanted to be. Rachel was good, she organised everything very quickly and was kind enough to lend us a spare phone. She was on hand to answer questions and made everything very easy for us.

  I stayed with Rachel only one night- literally just a sleep-over, we saw each other on my arrival and my leaving. Rachel was friendly and relaxed about my arrival time and the keys, The appartment is nice and clean, I felt well there. It is located 12 minutes walk from the subway and it takes about 40 minutes to down Manhattan, 50 ' to Times Square all together, from the appartment to the destination with one change of the trains, which is very easy.   My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at Rachel's place. She was very low key. The apartment was stylish, clean and comfortable (even the airbed was suprisingly comfortable). She even made us biscotti too! I would definitely recommend Rachel as a host.

  Rachel was lovely, but the inflatable mattress was really uncomfortable to share with a friend (probably better if it's a partner) and the space isn't private at all, it's in the middle of the apartment.
