I came across airbnb in Aug. 2010 when I was looking for accomodation in Boston. I had an excellent experience and now this is my preference when traveling. I have lived in San Diego, CA since 1982 and love it here. Though I do have a passion for travel both nationally and internationally, it's a great place to come home to.
I have been in the architectural/engineering/construction industry for 18 years and manage regional business development activities for my firm.
I am very active and particularly like to road and mountain bike, hike and inline skate, among other things...just love to play outside. I'm also becoming a foody and enjoy cooking and learning new exotic recipes.
I'm in a constant state of growing and like to be engaged and meet new people. Life is about waking up every day and knowing you can do something better with your day.
Perhaps we shall get the chance to meet.
