  This is a great place in a great location a few blocks from copacobana with alot to see and do. It was as advertised. Viviane's brother Eduardo met us and he was very nice and helpful describing places to see and the do's and dont's of the apartment and city. The doormen (and women) were very pleasant and Viviane was very responsive in dropping off extra sheets and other blankets that we needed.

  What a great place to stay in Rio!. I found it very nice, clean, quiet, modern, comfortable, in a safe zone and with all the necessary elements to be for several days. The metro station is at 5 blocks, the beach at 1 and the taxi just at the corner. With some options around to eat and shop for groceries. I was attendbye Viviane´s brother and he was very helpful, helping me to solve my doubts. Really don't hesitate to stay here. Next time I'll be there for sure!

  The appartment is perfect. We were three people and we had plenty of room. The appartment has a perfect location. If I will come back to Rio, I will definetly stay at Viviane's appartment again!

  This was in an amazing location, just round the corner from the beach and lots of restaurants. The apartment was nice and spacious and Eduardo (viviane's brother) was very helpful with great advice as to where to go. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Sabeena

  We can only leave a glowing review. We are a couple and we stayed 5 nights. (full name hidden) is lovely person and a pleasure to deal with from initial email contact through to the end of our stay. She met us in person on the first day to hand us the keys, explain the flat functions. She gave us a wealth of information that was extremely helpful.   I can not think of a better way to visit Rio. Viviane´s hospitality and thoughtfulness of us as tourist were excellent! We got several great advices and recommendation what to see, where too eat and what we should avoid. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot in Rio, very close to Copacabana, subways, buses, stores etc and also just a 15 min walk to Ipanema.   Pros: - Apartement is clean, modern and spacious. It has all the facilities you need for a nice stay in Rio. - Apartement is situated centrally in Copacabana - 2 minutes from everything (beach, shopping, taxi stand etc....) - Host Viviane is very professional. when you need something you can count on her. Contras: - Apartement is very bright. It only has thin, leaky blinds, which let the light through - Internet (WiFi) doesn´t worked in the time we were there - Noisy construction... More »
