  My experience at Susan's was excellent. The room was really clean, comfortable and private. I am glad I had my own bathroom too. Susan was clear about how things worked which made me feel secure and safe. She is in a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I will stay at Susan's place again.

  What a gem in New York City!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The room is big enough, we were 2 girls with big suitcases and managed very well. The location was perfect and close to very nice restaurants and coffee shops. And not to mention the friendliness and helpfulnes of Susan. She was amazing!! I highly recommend the place to anybody! We are SO coming back!!

  Fuimos para participar en la maraton de nueva york y no podiamos haber elegido una ubicacion mejor a 5 minutos de central park! Muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad y lo mejor de todo una amabilidad total por parte de susan dispuesta ha ayudarnos y respondernos cualquier duda! La habitacion genial, el desayuno aun mas genial!! Vaya sin duda cuando vuelva a nueva york volveré a casa de susan

  We stayed at this lovely B&B for 7 nights...and it was just like home sweet home. We had a wonderful time here. Susan is extremely friendly and helpful. She answers to all your questions and gives you good and precious advices for your trip in NY.   Me and my wife spent in Susan's B&B 9 marvellous days. Welcome have been warm and comfortable. Everything was right as described. The room was clean, and well organized. Bed was confortable as well. Every day started with a delicious breakfast and with a pleasant and useful tips on how to visit NY that Susan spontaneously provide us. We always felt like at home in our own family. We really recommend Susan if you want the best.

  Susan offers the warmth and personalization that is unique to her bed and breakfast. The location is perfect and safe - one block to the subway, and to dozens of restaurants. The bed is comfortable, and Susan has gone out of her way to assemble travel resources and recommendations. A great way to start each day, with a delicious breakfast and personal recommendations for routes and sites. Susan is a wonderful host!

  My husband and I only had 4 days in New York, but choosing to stay at Susans house was a bonus. Susan was so welcoming even when our shuttle bus dropped us off much later in the evening than we anticipated. And then when our bus left after 6am in the morning of our departure Susan was up early preparing breakfast and seeing us off. The room we were in had it's own ensuite and was very comfy and clean.   Our stay in susan was a very good experience. The location is very great near central park. Susan is great advice, she takes the time to explain the right routes and things to see. the apartment is very friendly and the room although there is no view.
