“I moved from Nebraska to California in December and stayed with Lisa for two months. She is very hospitable and a very friendly individual. Her house is beautiful and was as advertised. The location was very convenient as well, as it was close to everything I needed to go to. (Hollywood, NYFA. etc)Her pets are very nice and it was a wonderful place to call home for a while. The neighborhood is very calming and I would suggest this to anyone needing an easy transition without stress from one living situation to another.”

Or how a fluffy towel, and simple but special soap can be so welcoming after a long day. You'll find everything you need, easily accessible and well-organized.
I've stayed at her apartment and was incredibly comfortable. The views are wonderful, the neighborhood quiet, and the Hollywood Hills are a pleasant morning walk just up the hill. Bonus? Trader Joe's and another major grocery store are just down the block.
ALTERNATIVELY: if Maureen is seeking to stay at your place, please know she will leave it cleaner than she found it. And she will be conscientious of your neighbors, and your personal things. ”
