Josephine says,
“I met Magretta over ten years ago when we worked together at a non-profit organization located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Magretta's kindness, intelligence, honesty, and great sense of humor earned her many friends during her stay in California. Today, her occasional visits to California are considered real treats where all her friends gather to visit their now dear friend from St. Louis.
I have visited Magretta and Chuck a few times in St. Louis and have fallen in love with their beautiful and inviting home.
I consider myself truly blessed for having such a wonderful friend.”

Caya says,
“Jim and Diana have a long history of being awesome hosts. They have an adorable brick 2 family here in South city, with the upstairs 2 bedroom units as their "Guest House". I have been to many events they have hosted- from periodic buffets for the district police officers, to neighborhood progressive dinners. They are always thoughtful and giving hosts. Air BNB is fortunate indeed to be gaining this couple as hosts, and their guests will be equally lucky!

Susan says,
“We live (and host) in St. Louis, so we haven't had a chance to stay overnight at the Liermann Lofts, but we would in a heartbeat. We have known John and Caya for nearly two years, meeting them through the Landmarks Association, and have enjoyed their hospitality numerous times; for large parties, for holiday dinners, and they have even hosted the sewing classes I will teach in the presence of wine at the terrific cafe they have on the first floor. It is a marvelous location in St. Louis, walkable to a variety of restaurants and bars including one of the top Vietnamese places in town, and is nestled in one of the best blocks for resale and craft shops in St. Louis. John and Caya are intelligent, international, and dynamic people who are a driving force for urban renewal in St. Louis, including the work they have done with their astonishing and spacious loft. It is lovely and meandering and comfortable, and between the library of magazines and books, the fast wireless, the beautiful sunlight and the great music, a person would not need to leave. But if one did need to get to a conference or meeting, getting to downtown is a breeze. And wonderful to come home at the end of the day to the quaint neighborhood, and a beautiful city loft with charming dogs to greet you.”
