She is the perfect host, nice and considerate, and she makes you feel at home.
The house is quiet and clean, steps from the beach, and very livable, perfect for a weekend get-away as well for a long vacation at the Hamptons.
I would recommend Maria Teresa and this house without any hesitation or doubt, and day of the year!

“We've known Rob and his family for 10 years. They are extremely nice and accomodating. We stayed at this house on Bayview Rd. this summer and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the bay and warm, calm water, perfect for swimming, kayaking or watching the sunset. The house is very comfortable, nestled in a quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. It is a 10 minute drive to Southampton center and beaches. The farm stand 1/4 mi. away has plenty of fresh fruits and veggies as well as milk and other conveniences. This house would be a great vacation destination for anyone with or without kids.”
