Quiet apartment Completely private private kitchen and bathroom 3 stops from JR Sapporo station 10 minutes on foot

nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. It is fully equipped with daily necessities, so it is recommended for those who want to experience Sapporo life. We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away. It is a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, and about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-jo Station on the Subway Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. It is a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, a 4-minute walk to a drugstore, and a 10-minute walk to the supermarket, making it a convenient place for living. There is also a direct sales office next door next door from spring to autumn. Also there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. [About pick-up and drop-off] We will pick you up and drop you off by car (gymny) to Shinkawa Station as much as possible on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. If you have a large group, we'll send them in a few installments if you have a lot of luggage. There is WiFi and a private kitchen and bathroom, so you are more than welcome to relax and stay longer, remote workers, etc. Thank you ahead of time!

It is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. * The view from the high floor is the best, the sunset that sets in the mountains, the wind power of Ishikari Shinko that can be seen in the distance, and the view of the sea that can be seen in the faint is also very nice. * The direct bus stop from Chitose Airport is also a 2-minute walk away. * We also recommend taking a walk in Nakajima Park. * There are also many convenience stores. * Cooking utensils are also available, so you can use them for long stays and work. * There are a lot of coin parking lots around. Nakajima Park is also recommended for jogging.(There is a Japanese garden, a pond where you can play with boats, a concert hall Kitara, etc.) If you like sake, you can visit the Chitose Tsuru Sake Museum at the same time as the Nijo Market. It is very close to the subway station and Nakajima Park is a good place to walk. There is also a natural hot spring nearby.(Jasmine Plaza, if you want to take a big bath in the city center, there is also a meal and a sauna) If you walk to Susukino, there are many restaurants.

(Below is the previous description) Renovated and opened in May 2019!This is a 2LDK new system kitchen, kitchen, washstand, bath, air conditioner, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and lighting. There is a large 50 "TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi.USB outlet. Replacement work was done from the hot water tank to the hot water boiler in December 2019.There is no need to worry about hot water.
