AMAZING T3 IN HYPERCENTER

In the heart of the historical center: magnificent two-roomed flat (T3) renovated and refurbished in 2013 – shops and tram at the bottom of the building – housework and linen included 1°) Setting: ideally situated in the historical center : the building is very close to the “Place du Palais” with its restaurants and terraces. From the flat balcony you will be able to admire the “Porte Cailhau", to visit Bordeaux’s Cathedral less than 500 metres away, “Place de la Bourse” , the Opera… The most beautiful Unesco World Heritage monuments can be visited on foot. 2°) Description: our flat is on the second floor (no lift) in a beautiful 18th century building. It is composed of a dining and living room with an open kitchen , two separate bedrooms, each one with a double bed – 160 cm – (one of these beds is on a mezzanine) , a shower room (with a big shower and a basin) and a separate toilet. The flat faces due south, with a wide view, and each French window has its own balcony. During the summer months, you’ll be able to have breakfast or an apéritif on the main balcony. The flat was entirely renovated and decorated in good taste in 2013. It is meant for four people. It is ideal to accommodate a family with two children or a small group of friends. The renting includes the household linen (sheets and bath towels) , the housework at the end of the stay , the WI-FI. We provide everything you need to prepare the first breakfasts and the basic products for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea …) A “Nespresso “electric coffee-maker is at your disposal. You can use the guidebooks and maps that are left at your disposal. When the weather is too hot, there is a portable air conditioning to refresh the apartment. 3°) Access: The flat is easily accessible from the station thanks to two tram-stops (lines A and C) less than 200 metres away. From the airport, a shuttle will drop you about 500 metres away from the flat. The proximity of the tram routes will give you the opportunity to discover easily the neighbourhoods which are far from the city centre. A self-service bike station is situated less than 200 metres away from the apartment. 4°) Conveniences: a small supermarket is open at the foot of the building every day from 7 am to 10 pm and on Sunday morning. All the shops to make your stay more pleasant (shops selling tobacco, stamps and newspapers , restaurants , dry-cleaner’s , launderette …) are accessible on foot. 5°) Renting period: minimum renting term: 3 nights. We’ll take a close look at all your requests. Don’t hesitate to appeal to us, we’ll answer you quickly.

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
