Private Guest House with Courtyard.

Very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable cottage in quiet setting with charming outdoor patio. Good location for our visit with son living in Henderson. We will definitely return.

Erics place is very comfortable with all the amenties one might need or want. The fairly new home is situated on a quiet cul de sac which allows you to get the much need rest in a quiet area away from all the Vegas hustle and bustle .

This is a lovely, peaceful guest house that is very close to the airport and the main strip but far enough to be away from the hectic and full on tourist side of Vegas. We deliberately chose it as a calm retreat, and we were not disappointed. We spent two nights here and loved it. The accommodation comes with your a mini kitchen and Eric had left out some food and drinks for us too. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed. We give it a very big thumbs up!

My girlfriend and I found this place adorable immediately when we arrived. Everything is nice and clean, and it serves almost everything needed. Eric provided some food and drinks in the mini kitchen, which is great for the ones who had a long trip. Eric is a very kind host. Without his ride, we couldn't make it to the airport on time. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Of course, renting a car is absolutely a good idea in Las Vegas.

Amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything better. It immediately felt like home. Eric is extremely nice and helpful. He always responded to my emails within hours, if not minutes.There are plenty of helpful guides in the room about things to do and places to eat. It did not take long at all to get to the strip, and there is plenty of shopping/eateries in the area of the Guesthouse. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in Vegas again!

We stayed only one night at Eric's but his place is huge and so comfy. Eric welcomed us and showed what we needed to know. It was our last night before flying back to Europe but we could have stayed a lot more!! The Strip is a 10 minute drive away and you can park in all hotels for free, so this is also a nice way to see Vegas.

Great place, very convenient. Stayed here overnight with my dad en route to a camping trip after flying in to LV. Eric is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Eric's place – our first time at any airbnb listing. The guest house was exactly as described and it deserves all the rave reviews it has received. We had been a little apprehensive about staying 10 miles from the strip, but, as Eric assured us before we arrived, it's a very short drive from his house to the casinos (and parking there was free). And after the craziness of the strip, we were very happy to return “home” to Eric's clean, quiet, safe guest house. If you decide to skip the strip some night, consider a glass or two of wine in front of the fireplace in Eric's courtyard; it's a lovely way to spend a few hours. We'll be sure to recommend Eric's place to any friends who are planning a trip to Las Vegas.

A great, nice and clean place to stay. I would recommend to family and friends. Had a better experience here then at one of the casino hotels for a lot less the cost on the weekend nights.

Eric and I grew up in Las Vegas and have known each other since the 5th grade. We've worked together, traveled together,hung out together, and been great friends for almost 30 years. I can testify that Eric is a man of the utmost integrity. He has, and has always had, impeccable taste, a friendly demeanor, and sharp attention to detail. As a long time Las Vegas resident,he has a phenominal knowledge of the area and is very capable of recommending great restaurants and activities. When I discovered Eric's AirBnB casita, it was no surprise to see the excellent reviews. Eric is a great friend, a fountain of information, and a 5 star host. ps~ Don't dare challenge him to a game of Star Wars trivia!
