Le Logement est bien situé proche de la place catalunya , de la rambla et du métro tout en étant un peu excentré de la foule et du bruit.Prévoir 3 étages à monter à pied. Logement complet avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le logement est géré par une société donc bien prévoir la conversation en espagnol ou en anglais et un téléphone pour contacter une fois a l’aéroport pour éviter l'attente arrivé au logement. Expérience à renouveler.

Lina's apartment worked out perfectly for our group of six. The THREE modern bathrooms were especially nice! The apartment was very spacious and contemporary and the kitchen worked very well for preparing dinner for a large group. There were construction projects going on at both ends of the apartment which was a bit noisy (starting at 8a.m.), but it helped in the bedrooms if the windows were kept closed. The elevator was another plus even though it's small. After hiking in the mountains an entire day, it was a blessing not to have to climb any more stairs on our return. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for anyone with a large group!

hat alles reibungslos geklappt.wohnung ist auch schön und sehr gut gelegen. nur etwas abgewohnt und benutzt sitz möbel.sieht man auf den fotos nicht. könnten aber ruhig ein paar neue bezüge kaufen. auch die technischen geräte gingen nicht alle.kaffeemaschine war defekt.aber sonst konnte man da gut und schön wohnen.andere wohnungen werden nicht viel besser sein.da das schon meine dritte wohnung in bcn war. fazit.....kann man buchen.

Great appartement and fantastic location :-)

we could not stay in the apartment of Viladomat because of a small problem in the gas. However Lina immediately offered another apartment in Passeig d'Amunt in a neighborhood called Gracia. An excelent apartment with a fantastic view of the city, great location near the station Joanic of Metro Line 4 and many supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Lina and Saul were very attentive, friendly and professional.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, proche des stations de métro.

Tolle Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr sauber. Empfehlenswert.

The apartment was very close to plaza universitat just 20-30 meters. apartment was clean nice, well equipped . Nice terrace. the host was very helpful. had a really wonderful vacation. would like to stay there again.

the place is awesome , quite, safe and close to the center of barcelona which plaza catalonia. Lina provided the perfect assist to us we were a group of 2 couples we enjoyed so so so much

This airbnb experience was a very different one for us, as we quickly realised that we were dealing with a commercial property, which caused us some confusion and stress on our arrival, we thought this could have been handled better. Being a commercial property, there was not the personal touch which we love about airbnb. On arrival we had to communicate with a non-English speaking cleaner on the property, which was difficult. However, after a few phone calls to someone connected with Lina eventually cleared up all our questions and somewhat took away our apprehension about the property and leaving our bags. I acknowledge that there was some flexibility shown to us to accommodate our 11am arrival, when check in was publicised to be at 3pm (or around there) - but my experience is that flexibility in this area is necessary for your guests to suit airline schedules, which the guest is not in control of. All that said, we found the apartment comfortable with everything we needed. The location was close to the hop on hop off tourist bus which was a real plus, and the walk from the central area of La Ramblas was quite pleasant. Initially we found the apartment difficult to find as the street address is actually on a pedestrian lane off La Ramblas, so it was hard to find when walking down La Ramblas, and eventually had to resort to taking a taxi. The laneway is a thoroughfare we felt could be a bit threatening at night, and the aromas in the laneway not pleasant, but once inside the apartment block and up to your floor in the compact lift, you were comfortable with adequate facilities around you.

We were a group of friends visiting Barcelona for a prolonged weekend and we had a great time staying at Albert's and Begoña's apartment. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the stop Universidad, which is where all the airport shuttle buses stop, so ideal connection from airport. Before our trip Albert contacted me to ensure that everything is set for our arrival, they let us keep our baggage at the building's concierge (Ms. Rossi) while the apartment was being cleaned and they even let us check in early. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and adequate for a larger group, there are 4 separate rooms with beds + 2 sofas in the living room (luckily we were only 4 and slept only in the rooms because the sofas are a bit worn). It has a nice terrace with a view on a small square and a nice cafe right downstairs which serves nice breakfast menus. It is a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Catalunya if you go by Univesidad and a 5 minute walk to the bottom of La Rambla if you take one of the side-streets. Overall the apartment is a great accomodation for a larger group with great connection to the city center and Albert and Begoña seem like very nice and helping people. I would definitely return here again.

Absolutamente fabuloso apartamento para alojarse en el corazon de Barcelona, donde uno puede realmente relajarse y con una ubicacion conveniente. Fue un placer por conocer a Lina, gracias por su exelente calidad en servicio y atencio, muy organizado el trabajo. Este era un lugar perfecto para alojarse en una hermosa ciudad, no dudaría en reservarlo de nuevo si volvere a visitarla.

Lina is a fantastic person, and also very nice and helpful host. I'm very glad to know her as my friend, since we've met in Barcelona. She not only can help you to find a perfect place to stay in Barcelona, but also recommend the most delicious restaurants, best night clubs, bars to go, interesting places or museums to visit. Very kind, easy-going and committed to details at the same time, she will help you whether you need a room to stay for one night or a big apartment to stay for one or two months.

We know each other with Lina for quite a lot and i would definitely recommend her to anyone both in professional and personal level. She's fast and efficient at work, hospitable and warm as a friend, extremely responsive and you could always count on her. She's doing her best for the guest even if it's late night call. One of the best experience with apartments rentals in Barcelona, gorgeous apartment, all you need for perfect vacation is there. Especially want to give my big appreciation to Lina. Recommend to everyone who plan to choose next vacation in Barcelona.
