  We had the most wonderful stay over New Years with four extended family members. The house has so much ambiance and character and the family's love of their kids and each other really comes through in the decor and unique spirit of the house. It is the original Mission house of Laurel Canyon. The house is well equipped and well organized, and check in was smooth. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their wonderful home!

  Our stay was on a very special day, we got married and had our dinner party and it worked out perfectly! I dont think there was anything that couldv'e been better for us on our wedding day/weekend! The house has so much character and the owners were more than friendly. My kids loved the home in as much as we loved the home.

  We really enjoyed the cosiness of Andy's place, with its Spanish heritage and interior decoration drawing on all parts of the world. As this was our first stop after a long flight with jetlag, lounging inside or out was very relaxing. We met our hosts upon arrival, they were very welcoming and they thoroughly explained the setup. The kitchen and bathroom all functioned well and I had no problem with sleeping, the bed was very comfy. The neighbourhood, set on the northern side of the Hollywood hills, was a delight to explore by foot, although for getting to the local stores a car or the local bus is advisable. The hosts also went out of their way to assist with a transportation issue for us - we were very grateful for this. A great start to our journey!

  We had a very nice time in this home. It was quiet, spacious and very soothing. Way up in the Hollywood Hills, the home has many terraces to sit on and enjoy the sun and the singing birds. And the owner's restaurant recommendations were all spot on. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!! Tania

  The place was gorgeous. Just exactly what we were expecting. It's hidden up in the mountains of Hollywood so it's a great change of scenery from all the traffic of Los Angeles. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities that you will need, plus wi-fi and cable TV! One sad thing is that the cat is no longer there :( Parking can get tricky if you have more than two cars as the house is situated on the curve of a small mountain trail road. Driving up towards it also requires some attention as it is really hidden! Also, the 3rd bedroom's bed is actually an air mattress. Overall, this was a great experience and would definitely come back again!

  Me and my brother had a fantastic time on board. The boat was clean and very comfortable and was such a pleasant and unusual way to spend a couple of nights in LA. The market near by is great for stocking up on the essentials and Venice Beach is only a few minutes walk away. Also, despite being in a massive marina fairly close to LAX it is very quiet and feels private. I would definitely stay again. Thanks guys!

  I loved being at this cottage! It was a perfect place for the week I was attending a workshop at Universal City. The bed was comfortable, and I was happy to have a little kitchenette to use. It is not fancy but was much cozier than a regular hotel, with all kinds of interesting things around the property from the owner's travels. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Andy and family!

  We had a fantastic time on the boat. Boat had ample room for 4 people and a great outdoor deck to relax. A great, affordable place to have a unique getaway! Location was beautiful. It was unbelievable to wake up to the sun and water at Marina del Rey. Communication was fantastic. Andy contacted me promptly upon his learning of the repair of the shared pool and jacuzzi and how it would be unavailable to us. Dave was very accommodating to our schedule for check in and check out. He also checked in during our trip to make sure all was well. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

  We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful home. It really did feel like our home and would highly recommend the house to anyone! it was roomy, beautiful, quiet yet close to all the action. Thank you for having us, we will hopefully be back sooner than later!

  Very cool little spot. Lovely garden patio. Love the pigs! I put up my parents here during part of their stay in LA. I think they really enjoyed it. Only downside was that the washer/dryer was shared with the bigger house, so we felt awkward asking to share. But Any was really really helpful and super good host---even from NYC.

  Andy and Dave's boat was great. I enjoyed my stay and would do it again in a second. I forgot my suit there and they mailed it back to me for free. It was a full service stay
