Welcome to our home!
We love hosting people, and want you to feel happy here.
General House Stuff:
Free, blazing-fast WiFi in the house.
Plentiful on-street parking with a visitors permit.
No pets in the house (although we do love animals) for those of you with allergies.
Your Room:
There is a new, comfortable, sturdy queen sized bed for you to sleep on, a desk for you to use your laptop on, and closet shelves for your stuff.
You also have your own space heater with its own thermostat setting to keep you as warm as you like during the cold winter months.
The Kitchen:
You are welcome to prepare meals and use anything and everything you can find in our kitchen. We have pots of all sizes and a couple of cast-iron pans for frying or broiling.
There is also a toster oven, a tea-kettle, and even a blender if you like to make smoothies - but no microwave (not yet).
Food:
We will have a seperate shelf in the fridge for your use. Also, when we make dinner, we will likely invite you to eat with us.
Getting around:
Buses to Davis Square and Sullivan square are right around the corner.
Harvard Square, Central Square, Downtown Boston and a host of other destinations are within easy reach of the Sullivan Square Station.
If you feel energetic, you can walk to Sullivan Station, straight along Broadway, in about 12 minutes - usually faster than trying to catch a bus.
If you have any questions, please feel to get in touch and ask.
P.S. So no one gets confused, Alex and Olivia are co-hosts. Depending on when you come visit, one of us might be here, and the other one might not.
You and Olivia
