Olivia's place is great, particularly for the price, it is just down the road from Sullivan T station so it only takes 15 mins to get into the centre of the city. Great stay!

This is my first time trying Airbnb, and I'm glad that I started it at this place because it was a great experience. I was a bit worried about the location since I was not very familiar with Boston nor Somerville and I was not sure whether it was a safe place for a 20 yrs-old girl to walk from the station at night. And it was! It is located in Hispanic neighborhood along the big street "Broadway" so there were people always on the street and it was quite safe to walk. It is also close from the downtown Boston, only a few T stops away, which was a great merit. I even walked to Cambridge from the host house (but don't try unless you are a BIG wanderer like me) so it was great. Olivia and Dina were also very nice, I didn't get to see them very much because I was back early at night, go to bed before 11pm, up by 7am and took off. But they did not care me coming in and out, and welcomed me in a hearty way on the first day, so it was very nice :)

This place is remarkably clean, calm and indeed warm (plus it has fast wifi as it says). The orange subway line is at a walkable distance from this place and it will get you downtown quite fast. Above all, Olivia is a great host with whom you can have interesting discussions. Highly recommend.

Room was just as described, clean, comfortable, and with wifi access. There were no working power outlets in the room, but that's no big deal. The host was friendly, if not particularly solicitous, but that suited me fine.

I had an excellent stay. Olivia was very cooperative and even agreed to let me in earlier than the 6pm check in time. She was able to let me check in during lunch time during her work day. The room is very nice and the house itself is clean and quiet. The location was very convenient for me as she had a guest parking permit and there was plenty of street parking available. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a nice room in Boston.

I had a good visit. Olivia was friendly and helpful, and the room is big and warm. The house is about 10 minutes walk to the metro, which made getting around really easy.

Olivia was amazing to stay with! The room was super comfortable and it was even warm during the cold winter nights. I had a very lovely time and enjoyed my stay so much thanks to such a great host! I'd love to come back to visit on my next trip to Boston!

Alex and the roommates were very nice and helpful. I would recommend the experience above a hotel because it is less isolating and you have friendly people there who know the city well - and can give you their helpful recommendations. One of the roommates was nice enough to ask if I would like to have dinner with them. The room was spacious. Just be aware that the bus/train pass was shared with other roommates. So keep in mind that you may not be able to use it all the time. But I'm sure if you ask for it, they can give it to you.

I've known Alex for about 3 years. He's a good human being. I'm confident he'll take good care of any guests. We lived together for a few months and I found him to be a great housemate. He's a lot of fun, and constantly willing to give and take stimulating conversation. Highly recommended as a host and person.

I met Alex when he came to Pittsburgh in 2007, and he's been a good source of life advice ever since. Alex is a really smart guy: not an intellectual in the conventional sense, but he is one of the most insightful and practical people I know. His practical mind means that he often chooses lifestyle over money (no sarcasm here). His friends make a very diverse set, except that I've never found a humorless one, and this is no accident, since those who are weak and humorless don't hang around him for very long.

Alex is pretty awesome. He's intelligent, fun to talk to, very respectful, and his home has great vibes. It's a safe place to be, and you can be sure that nobody will invade your privacy, although you may wind up making a new friend while you're there! Honestly, he's a great host, and a lovely person. Definitely worth staying here just to get to know him.
