Venice Beach Bungalow

We've been here about a month and loving every minute. The house is cute, clean and in good working order. Easy street parking right out front. The best things about it for us are the close proximity to Abbott Kinney for some of the best dining and shopping in L.A., and of course, being close to the beach. This house, and it's lovely hosts Angie and Danny, are also very dog friendly, which is an absolute must for us. Our dog Taiga enjoys playing catch and taking naps in the sun in one of two small fenced grassy yards in the front and back of the house, where their own dog Andre sometimes comes to visit. It's a small house, but perfect for one couple, and would also be good for small families or to have a third person in the second bedroom. There's even a little office area which has come in handy. Highly recommend!

This is a true beach bungalow, complete with hammock, beach cruisers, bbq and plenty of sunshine. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood just a short 15 minute walk to Abbot Kinney, one of my favorite shopping and dining streets in Los Angeles. Angie provided all the bare necessities and then some to make our trip a relaxed and enjoyable one. She was away during our visit but was readily available via email to answer any of our questions. We'd come back without hesitation!

Wonderful experience - cute bungalow, nice street (easy parking), bike to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen and to entertain ourselves. Bed were comfortable with plenty of blankets (it can get cold in LA at night). Perfect also for our small dog as the yard is fully fenced.

The cottage is lovely. Great location. Clean, pretty, nice vibe. Angie and Danny are great & super helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this house and a very great time. Everything was as shown in the video and I can only recomend others to also stay there during a LA trip.

Angie was very welcoming and our stay was delightful. She left a helpful note of the things to enjoy in the house and in Venice. The home has a modern decor but still feels cozy. The bikes were great for daily bike rides to the boardwalk, and we made frequent use of the bbq and backyard hammock.

We had such a great time in this beautiful house. Superb location with just a short walk to abbot Kinney - my favorite street in LA. Angie and Danny were so helpful and accommodating and I would love to come back.

I had an excellent stay at the Venice Beach Bungalow, a welcoming, immaculately maintained property that gets a great deal of natural light. The kitchen was particularly impressive, and perfect for preparing an ambitious brunch. The walk to Abbott Kinney was quick but also memorable, due to the beautifully manicured gardens and alleyways that define that part of the neighborhood. Angie and Danny were exceptionally helpful and responsive. My stay was so pleasant, in fact, that I was very sad to have to leave after only four days.

We decided to spend our last 5 days in Venice Beach to relax after spending the previous couple of weeks in hectic NYC. The Venice Beach Bungalow was the perfect place to do so. Angie and Danny greeted us on arrival and suggested to check out Gjelina for lunch. The food was fantastic and we ended up going there twice during our stay. Abbot Kinney was also a nice street to wander down, with lots of nice shops, cafes etc. We also enjoyed exploring the pedestrian only streets and having a peek at the cute cottages/houses. We would really recommend the Venice Beach Bungalow to anyone that doesn't want to have the typical 'LA' tourist experience. Thanks Angie & Danny for a wonderful holiday. Lee, Melanie and Samantha.

Nice small bangalow with plenty of free parking on the street. Very clean and cute!

this place is a dream come true. perfect design, perfect location, perfect weather and perfect hosts. angie, danny and andre will make sure all your needs are taken care of and that you are floating on a cloud within minutes of putting your luggage down. be sure to have danny cook you a meal or two while you are there, his food is a dream. petting andre is surely a magical cure for everything. and just hearing angie's sweet southern voice and looking into her eyes will have you smiling more than a beauty pageant contestant. thanks angie! i will be back more than your probably would like. love, dan
