  Valeria´s apartment was great. It looked just like in the pictures and it was very clean. Even though it is far from the city center, you are minutes away by bus or by tram. The tram stops almost in the buliding door, and the bus stop is a couple of blocks away. Valeria was very easy to get in touch with. I will definitly recomend this apartment

  The stay was great, and the host was the best. Very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and as described. Above 4 people it might be a bit tight, but still a very good stay! Thank you so much and I hope we stay there again!

  L'appartamento è facile da raggiungere con i mezzi, questo è da ammettere, ma la posizione è veramente un disastro! Appartamento al piano rialzato con soggiorno ben illuminato da 2 finestre dalle quali si può ammirare ( ma soprattutto sentitre!!!!!) , a pochi metri, la linea del tram n° 5 che passa ogni 11 min. ( giorno e notte!!!! anzi,se si vuol essere precisi il tram passa fino alle 3.30 circa xchè poi prende il suo posto, fino ale 5.00 circa, il bus n°5. Ma nn è finita!!!!!!!! A circa 30 m passa, ogni 20, max 30 min, il treno!!!!!! Per cui è molto rilassante riposare tra i vari rumori che si alternano!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ora xò vi parlerò delll'interno dell'appartamento........ .......appena entrata ci si accorge subito che la pulizia lascia un pò desiderare.... ( ho trovato bicchieri sporchi e una puzza esagerata sotto il lavello) .....del bagno.....che dire!!!!! quasi impossibile fare la doccia x più di qualche minuto xchè si otturava ed ero costretta e stare con i piedi in ammollo nell'acqua!!!! Passiamo ora alla camera da letto!...... .......camera spaziosa e ben illuminata con 2 letti singoli. Peccato che nn si possano definire veri e propri letti in quanto i materassi, così li definirò, sono esageratamente scomodi e, per cercare di stare un pò più comoda, sono stata costretta a mettere i materassi uno sopra l'altro ma senza risolvere più di tanto il disagio e la scomodità. Per concludere, che dire.....un'esperienza sicuramente da nn ripetere ne da cosigliare!!!!! Veramente esagerato il prezzo dovuto pagare x il "soggiorno" !!!

  Our stay at the happy house was great! As our trip date approached, Valeria was quick to confirm our arrival time and coordinate our check-in. Tina walked through the apartment with us to show us how everything works and where everything is location - she was an absolute sweetheart!  The location is a bit outside of the city center but there is a tram stop right outside the building and a bus station just 3 blocks away. Definitely don't need a car to get around Milano from here.  There is a nice kitchen that is equipped enough to make meals, a washer (a little confusing to figure out if you don't understand italian), and fans to keep the air flowing.  If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring along ear plugs, especially if you want to have the windows open. As stated, there is a tram line and stop right outside the apartment and it does run later into the evening hours. It didn't bother us at all, but it may be important to note for others. Also, for some reason every morning around 8 am there were people clapping, cheering, and singing along to pop music - not sure why, but we liked to think that it was how offices boost moral after a daily team meeting. All in all, we would definitely stay at the happy house again.

  Valeria is a professional dentist and works just beside the apartment, so it was very easy for us to contact her regarding any matters. Valeria is also very gracious as she honoured Airbnb's mistakes in the pricing of the apartment. Her apartment is well-equipped and very well located and a taxi to Duomo takes just 10 mins and costs around 10 euros only! :) We loved staying in her place, and the place was very comfortable for 5 people. Highly recommended!

  Valeria is a lovely and accommodating host! She met us at the apartment, explained everything fully, gave us a map, pointed out restaurants and stores in the neighborhood as well as others she recommended in other parts of the city. She was also very responsive when we had questions and went out of her way to help. The apartment is very clean, modern and efficient with a well equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of linens and towels. The neighborhood is safe and residential. While it is not in the center, there is plenty of public transportation close by. In fact a tram goes right by the apartment on a regular schedule - which is worth noting...if you are a light sleeper, then bring earplugs as it passes very close and well into the night. There are two small single beds and a very lightweight futon in the living room. We were just in town for two days before flying out and did not do much sightseeing, so the apartment was quite a reasonable choice. And the internet connection was very good. Thanks for your hospitality Valeria!

  Valeria was really nice, we requested for her to let 6 of us stay in her home for the milan design week and she brought in an extra bed for us. she also provided us with towels and the necessary amenities and put up with our many requests and changes. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your house.

  Si buscas un lugar en el que sentirte acogido, cómodo y casi como en casa, esta es una buena opción. El apartamento no sólo está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario, sino que además está bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad (autobús y tranvía). Y lo mejor de todo: sus propietarios son una familia encantadora, disponibles, acogedores y deseosos de facilitar en lo que pueden la estancia de sus huéspedes. If you are looking for being comfortable and welcomed as in your own home, this is a very good option. The apartment is not only full equipped but well communicated from the city centre by bus and tram. But the best thing is the owners, which are a very charming family, available and always ready to make of your stay a lovely experience.

  My boyfriend and I stayed at Happy House and were quite pleased with the apartment. The location is very convenient and the area felt very safe. The apartment was spacious and we found the kitchen very functional. On top of everything, Valeria and her husband were very accommodating; which was very helpful as we had a late arrival to Milan.
