Vila Madalena's best entire flat!

Very nice rental. Gustavo responded to everything quickly and professionally.

Had a great time in Gustavo´s amazing flat. It is just as he explained, if not better. The area has cool bars and places to eat and is easy to access the rest of the city. Gustavo is a great guy, and I look forward to being back next year. Highly recommended

Gustavo was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival. His flat is located in a great neighborhood and surrounded by plenty of food and entertainment options. It is also located near public transportation and getting around was a breeze. Inside, the flat is comfortable and very clean. We were very happy with our decision to go with a flat vs. a hotel as we feel like we got a more authentic experience during our stay in Sao Paulo. We definitely plan to come back and hopefully stay in this same flat - Thanks for everything, Gustavo!

Gustavo has a beautiful apartment in an even more beautiful location of Vila Madalena. I had a great time there and hope to live at the same place when I return to SP. Thank you Gustavo for keeping things very simple and relaxed.

Gustavo's flat is very clean, spacious and in a safe, peaceful area, with a lot of bar, restaurants within walking distance. The Metro is also a 10 minute walk away. As a host, Gustavo was incredibly helpful, fast to respond to emails and also helped me with a difficult situation involving a delivery which he went far out of his way to resolve for me. I would definitely advise staying here for your trip to Sao Paulo!

Great place and location as described. Place looked exactly as the photos. Would give this a B+. The only downside to the experience was the place doesn't have AC and I think that should be stated in the listing rather than not saying anything at all about the AC. For my stay, it turned out to be to much of a problem cause it rained most of the time and the clouds kept it cool, but the first day was really hot and I would have a less favorable rating had it stayed that hot the entire week I was there. The place is residential and so taxi's are hard to find. Upon leaving I did ask Gustavo to call a taxi for me, actually left a message on his voice mail, but never heard back from him and there was no taxi waiting at the time I said I would be departing. Just so happened a taxi turned on the street as I was contemplating my options and it was not a big deal. Had a little problem operating the washer in the apartment, and he didn't know how to operate it either as the maid is the only one who uses it, so had to figure it out myself. Again, no big deal but be nice to know everything about the apartment. He was very responsive to phone calls and help me with the airlines when my luggage did not arrive until the following day.

The place was exactly as described in the text and photos. Everything was fantastic and clean and was in a great location. Everything was perfect for our group of 4 and Gustavo was very helpful and responsive too!

The flat is very well located at the heart of Vila Madalena with nice bars and restaurants. It makes you feel that Sao Paulo is not as big, with Paulista Av. around 20 mins walk. The flat has got everything you need and Gustavo has been a very good host, replying to everything right after after asking. The only bad thing is that toilets were not very clean.

Vila Madelena's best entire flat is what is says, its the best. The apartment itself had all the important things that were needed. The neighborhood is situated in an area that is cool, hip, and feels very safe. I would definitiely recommend this place to anyone. Daniel

Gustavo is a great guy,he's very outstanding and communicative. He loves being with family and friends. His flat is placed in the best "paulista" nightlife and you can move around very easily. I highly recommend!

Apartamento muito agradável. J' lá fasquia habitada 2 semanas e c' é realmente super. Muito bem equipado e muito bem situado, pode-se comer, beber e fazer as suas corridas à proximidade. Encontra-se jogadores de futebol famosos justo inferior de l' edifício! Recomendo com vivacidade este apartamento porque há piscine e uma sala de desporto, assim qu' vigia que guarda o automóvel e a câmara principal é muito um bonito com a sua sala de banho privado.

Perfect situation, both by the place that is very enjoyable as the friendship, the kid is spectacular. The flat is perfect, and stay near the most important avenues. I’m suspect to talk about Gustavo I lived with him and his brother for four years. A true friend, very sweet and good natured. People like him are scarce nowadays. Who has the pleasure of sharing a little time with him, surely will not regret it.

Amazing flat! Very cool place in nice area in Sao Paulo!

Had the pleasure of meeting Gustavo whilst backpacking around South America. He was more than accommodating and a great host! He put us up for a couple of weeks to help us save on hostel fees! Which was a stroke of luck…as we were new to Sao Paulo he showed us around the local area. Since I’ve had the pleasure of returning the favour whilst he was visiting London. Great friend, Great Flat, Great City!!!
