Thank you very much Maria and Francesco(and little Antonio)! We have had a great stay in London and Maria's house is one of the best that we've ever been, modern, clean and comfortable. Everything is exactly as appeared in photo and both of the couple are very nice and helpful!

Maria and her family are great. The bedroom/bathroom are clean, spacious and very comfortable, and Maria went out of her way to make our stay easy. The apartment is located near the Arsenal Tube stop and several bus lines in a charming neighborhood. A great choice!

My friend and I were in town for a conference, and were delighted to find Maria's flat for our one touristy night. The room is absolutely fantastic - the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is a Batcave of comfort. I wish I could have a shower just like that here in Edinburgh! And if this wasn't enough, she was incredibly flexible with us both for our arrival and our check-out. We had a delay on our check-in, and even more of a delayed check-out of her flat - but she was super understanding and kind through it all! All in all a fantastic experience, definitely deserving of the highest recommendation in every aspect.

Our staying at Maria's place was just perfect. We arrived after dinner and met her and her family. Really warm, helpful and friendly. The room is really big and quite with an en-suite huge bathroom. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and had no fear to let our 7 months old daughter crawling on the floor. We unfortunately left already the next morning so had no time to explore the area, which it seems to be really nice and quiet and is only 3 stops with the tube from S Pancras International. I highly recommend it!

Maria and Francisco are wonderful, gracious hosts and very nice, friendly people. We really enjoyed getting to know them. We stayed in their apartment for a week and would gladly return on our next trip to London. They are knowledgeable about London sites and how to get around. The room and adjoining private bathroom were spotlessly clean and very pleasant. The bed is king-size and extremely comfortable. We cooked all of our dinners in the apartment and there was no problem coordinating our cooking with theirs. The neighborhood is very safe, day and night. The building is three years old, built on the site of the former Arsenal Football Club stadium and a five minute walk to the new one. Transportation is ideal. It is less than a five minute walk to the Arsenal Tube Station (Piccadilly Line)–and then less than 15 minutes from there to central London. A five minute walk also brings you to two buses (#4, #19) that go downtown, and, along the route, to the Angel Tube Station (Northern Line) in ten minutes. There are three supermarkets in the mall across from the station and a few smaller markets closer to the apartment. This is definitely a 5-Star rental and we recommend it highly.

Maria was a fantastic host. She was very helpful an full of interesting tips. The room was very comfortable and well equipped for tourists. The bathroom was luxurious. Also the location of the Maria's place could not have been better. Everything is just a short distance away. Also the atmosphere of the Arsenal stadium adds an extra element to the whole experience. I highly recommend it.

Great location in Zone 2 on the Piccadilly Line. Very nice apartment complex. Big room, very clean, and huge bathroom. Would highly recommend it. Nice touch with chocolates in the room on arrival Maria, the host was also very nice and helpful.

I've known Maria since my University years and can honestly say she's one of the most reliable and genuine people I know. She is very helpful under any circumstances, and the good thing for prospective guests, is that her personality translates into the lovely flat she has. It's a great space and her attention to detail shows in every corner. I would recommend her to anyone.
