This 65 sq.mt apartment opens up onto a foyer leading directly to the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV corner and a wooden dining table for 6 people. The foyer leads also to a small corridor giving access to the separate kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped.
The apartment comes complete with a bedroom with double bed and with a bathroom with tub.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and have full use of the kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided for free.

Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
The apartment is located in the Piazza Bologna area, close to Rome`s historical center.
It can be easily reached by car or by all means of public transport.
Although it is located in a residential area, it has all the necessary shops within walking distance, such as a pharmacy, supermarket etc.
The area is very well connected, thanks to the Bologna metro station (only a few stops away from the Termini train station o Colosseum).
