Stayed at the seymour st Condo and have ZERO complaints. Shawn was great and very helpful. Wish I was back there!

We stayed at the downtown luxery waterfront apartment that was managed by Shawn. The stay was wonderful, Shawn was incredibly concientious and mindful during our stay, giving us tips and leads to a few delicious restaurants as well as being very available and communicative before and during our trip with our questions. He even provided us with a small refund when we had technical difficulties with our shower curtain. He was ACE and the unit couldn't have been better!

This apartment was perfect: in the middle of downtown, and close to everything. It was clean, and had everything we need. Shawn was also great at making sure all our needs were met.

i just stayed at the luxury condo downtown. it was perfect little place and shawn was really easy to deal with and offered a great space space it is close to everything! the place was clean and very comfortable with a pretty decent view!

Shawn was very uncomplicated and also the host Steven was very kind and helpful. The location is a basement suite that is well equipped and in a good location, in walking distance to the subway with direct connection to downtown Vancouver. Everything perfect with a very good offering for that price. As the location is a basement suite, it used to be a bit humid in the appartment. But fortunately we had always very good weather.

Shawn was amazing, he suggested to us places that we can visit in Vancouver and was always there when we needed him. The house was absolutely great really clean and quiet neighbourhood, we really enjoyed staying there. Next time we are in Vancouver for sure we will be staying with Shawn again. Cheers! We've just spent 9 days in this very agreable apartment. It's cosy, tidy, very well equipped. It's ideal for 4 people; we were there with two of our children who describe it as "genial". It's very well situated between the Airport and Downtown. Moreover, Shawn is very friendly and nice. We highly recommend this accommodation. Philippe & Christine from Belgium

excellent apartment. Everything was great. Only debit is the five flights of stares you have to walk up and down to get to it in the Hong Kong humidity and heat. If you can get over that minor debit, its location is a five minute walk to a major subway line that takes you within five minutes of the Star Ferry to Hong Kong island. My knees and ankles can't do that climb all the time, but the apartment is fantastic!!!

We stayed in W 49th Avenue 2 BR suite for 15 days and our stay was quite pleasant. The suite is well equipped and quite spacious for a family of 4. Also the neighborhood is beautiful and very centrally located. Shawn came across as a helpful, knowledgeable host. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Vancouver and its sights.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rupert Suite II. It's a nice, clean and affordable place. Even though the suite is not located in Downtown buses are close by and make it easy to get there. Shawn was a nice host and we would stay in one of his places again.

nice little place. it's close to a skytrain(10min walk) station which makes it easier. we also enjoyed the stay but we would book a larger condo for a second or third stay! Shawn was very nice and helpful and I would definitly book with him again!

nice place. it's close to downtown and there's a mall across the street which makes a lot of things easier. we also enjoyed the pool and sauna in the building.

Great location, awesome view and condo is in perfect condition. Stayed for 4 nights during the summer and had only the best experience.

I enjoyed this downtown location esepcially its proximity to the skytrain, GM place, and BC place. The owner are very curteous in answering to our questions and even gave us a lot of information on what to do in the city. YC

The staff was very patient in answering all the questions I had before checking in. He was also very helpful in providing all the useful tips for travelling in Downtown and to Whistler. Beautiful suite in great location.

Shawn is very professional to deal with,very clear terms and conditions upon inquiry and all acommodation amenities are met, plus a lot of helpful tips on the hows and wheres of going around in Vancouver. Most of all, the two bedroom unit is relatively private. Good for families up to a max. 4. My only inconvenience was that it had only one toilet/bath. However,our stay last August for 2 weeks was comfortable. I will definitely recommend Shawn's place.

We rented one of these rooms during our weekend getaway stay in Vancouver. The host is very friendly and was happy to answer all of our questions regarding the suite and places to go for sightseeing and dining. The suite was clean, cozy and great location as we were in central Vancouver and near all types of public transportation. I would highly recommend staying at this suite to all of my friends and family.
