This line is speedy and conveniently takes you straight to Bastille and the Marais in 10 minutes, the Louvre in 15 or the Champs Elysées in 20.
There are also 2 Velib stations on the street and 2 buses running all day and night to Saint-Mandé.
When renting the place, guests will have the whole apartment to themselves.
The apartment itself is bright and airy with a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as a pull out sofa in the living-room.
It is fully furnished with all the modern cons such as 32" tv, dvd player, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher and vitro-ceramic stove.
All bed linen is provided as well as towels and a hairdryer.
The neighbourhood is mostly residential, so it's safe and quiet with food shops, markets, delis just a few minutes away, and a lovely organic restaurant right next door.
The biggest park of Paris (bois de Vincennes) is just a 10 minutes walk.
