A very spacious apartment [800 sq. ft. with 12 ft. ceilings] with separate bedroom (with queen sized sofa bed) bathroom, kitchenette and office areas is available to rent for short term stays. This is the ground floor of a three story home, with a shared entrance. The stairs leading to the owner's quarters are immediately accessible upon entry. See photos.

Included are local phone service and utilities.
A beautiful garden with a San Francisco skyline view is available for reading and relaxing, and laundry and kitchen privileges can be arranged. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED AND PETS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE (sharing the queen size sofa bed), and children must be over 12 years of age. An air mattress can be provided if sharing is impractical.
The apartment is the ground floor of the home of an Art Consultant and Attorney in the Potrero Hill District. The owners have traveled extensively, and been San Francisco residents for 25 years. They welcome people from other countries and can make suggestions for enhancing your stay. They are totally respectful of the privacy of their renters, and are seeking responsible mature in attitude people.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is located close to the Furniture Mart, UCSF Mission Campus, 3rd Street Light Rail, and the Union Square and Moscone Convention area is 10 minutes away by car or a 25 minute walk.The Mission District, a cultural hub and a restaurant mecca is an easy and safe 15 minute walk.
Entrances to Hwy 101 or 280 are less than a five minute drive, making the Wine Country, the Beach, Berkeley or any of the Bay Area attractions or business destinations easily reachable. SAFE STREET PARKING IS ABUNDANT AND FREE, AND NO PERMIT IS NECESSARY.
