Loft in the heart of nyc

Francesco's loft is great! We stayed 15 days, over XMAS and New Years Eve and had a great time. The apartment is spacious, cozy and has a great view of Manhattan. The loft is very well located and within walking distance from Times Square and Macy's. It had all we could look for. Style, space, great heating, great view and good location. The only thing we missed is that there are no grocery stores, or eateries close by. Additionally there is limited closet space, as I hate to live out of the suitcase and I would prefer to have space to organize my things. However none of this was important enough to ruin our stay. Overall we would highly recommend this place to any visitor that wants to live midtown in a stylish, spacious apartment. We would definitely go back.

Francesco's apartment was perfect!! It´s in a good location. It's possible to go anywhere walking. There are a lot places to dinner or take a beer around the place. The heater has worked perfectly and is a very comfortable apartment where arrive after a hole day visiting NYC. The apartment has all stuff that you can need. In addition, Francesco is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for this unforgettable stay at NYC ;)

We loved Francesco's place. It was a great launching point for the days activities. Close to all the things a traveller needs. The place itself was simple and elegant. It had all the things we needed.

I rented Francesco's apt to have a NYC dream come true..... To live like a VIP in NYC. The apt design and vibe are minimal but do not lack in taste or character. The view from the apt is amazing. I loved watching the sun set over the Hudson. The apt is walking distance to many great restaurants and night life (not to mention Broadway). However, catching a cab is VERY easy to do by Francesco's. It is a short walk to Port Authority or Penn Station! An easy way to travel out of Manhattan. I highly recommend this apt! .

Francesco's flat is super central, both for midtown and downtown. Excellent space, nicely designed and air-conditioned. We stayed for six nights/seven days. This place is unique because it's a traditional warehouse loft (polished concrete floors, high ceilings, etc.) but it has custom lighting, furniture and surfaces that really make it feel warm. On arrival, Francesco met us at the flat, gave us a great introduction and on departure, let us have access to the space into the late afternoon. Very flexible and would definitely stay again when in NY. A+

I live in Italy and I love Francesco's place . Well i could tell you to many amazing memories but i let yourself to discover it ! i can only say that when the sun go down on Hudson River the streets are already dark , last touch of light comes in from East , then all the Skycrap start to wear their fantastic dresses full of lights, so the 5 windows 3 meter by 3 meter like a giant televison open their eyes on New York city...wowwwu you are so touched you don t want even light a bulb inside the space and you just light a candel . Minimal but not to minimal , design but not too design ....i love that place . Francesco is a very warm person and his place is a mirror of his energy. Best of the best. This place has a positive vibe.You can not help being happy and lucky to be able to stay and sleep in this spacious loft. It has a very cool owner Francesco and he is such an understanding sweetheart.What a memorable New York stay. Thank you for making it available for us. Great value.
