This is a licensed "Home-Share" $215341. This unit is actually part of a larger apartment where I also live. However, it's set up so you will have privacy and use of the space you see pictured.
There is fenced front yard area with table and chairs that is for your use.

I'm pretty "hands-off" but available by text, email or phone. I try to leave things set up and provide all info needed via email or in the FAQ binder you will find in unit.

I've lived in Santa Monica since the mid 1990's. I've always enjoyed the perfect weather, walking around the Promenade, and exploring great restaurants. I love finding new restaurants but try to balance this obsession by going to the gym :-) I like to travel quite a bit myself and tend tend to book tours, cruises or book an airbnb and stay in a city exploring for a few days. I always learn things by traveling and I think it helps make me a better host.
