Fully furnished 2BR, 1BA flat in beautiful Victorian available now for 3-6 months. It's really a fun, open, comfortable space, that's nicely furnished. It's perfect for a family with a child, or group of vacationers (can sleep up to 6 + 1 baby). The master bedroom is spacious with lots of closets and a bay window. The 2nd bedroom is set up as a baby's room now, but can easily be converted for kid/adult use by taking out the crib and pulling out the comfy futon. The living room is warm and inviting, and opens up into the kitchen - everyone loves to hang out here. There is a small office right off the LR, overlooking the garden, making for a great work space. The kitchen is fully loaded and there is a washer/dryer/laundry room right off the kitchen. And then there are French doors opening up to a beautiful back yard, complete with a deck, lawn, trees, foliage, fireplace, heat lamp and grill for all your BBQ needs. One car parking space is also included. Dogs are okay, cats are not, as I’m quite allergic.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and walking distance to Divisadero and Fillmore shops/restaurants/shows, etc. as well as Laurel Heights, the Presidio and the Inner Richmond. And it's only 2 blocks from Trader Joe's!! Really a great location.
