1B Open Apartment - Best for Groups

Very good location. A few minutes walk from Austin station. A short distance away from Elements Mall and Kowloon station. The room is quite spacious even for 8 people. Louis even helped us carry the luggage upon check out. Definitely worth considering.

It was my first experience of using the Airbnb and trip around Hong Kong. As consider that it was very perfect trip with louis's place. I have 5 nights at louis's and one night at Macau and another 2 nights at Hong Kong again with staying the Eaton Smart hotel. I was with my girlfriend at the whole time. And we always missed louis's place. The host - Louis Ma - was so nice and well communicated. Even when I left every keys in the place so surprisingly appeared at his bar he was nice with us and gave us another spare key. The place is secured by digital keypad, uncles who guard at front of the small lobby and two auto-locking door. However, by the reason, you should be very careful when you go out. Every time double check your keys. Or always carry your cellphone even when you go to a Seven-Eleven. The place was big, clean, well organized as he described. There are washing machine and some washing powder I put inside a cupboard in the kitchen. You can use it freely. :-D

This was my first experience with Airbnb style of accommodations abroad. I can say that it prove to be not only comfortable, convenient, but truly a great experience and pleasure. I would recommend louise to my friends and family as well as any future visitors and would not think twice if I came back to Hong Kong. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos on airbnb and very spacious by Hong Kong standards. It was great , we all enjoyed staying in this appartment. Thanks Louis.

This is the best apartment that i ever stay on my holiday trip. Whatever you need is available inside this apartment. Maps, Washing Machine, TV, Stereo, Fridge, Hair Dryer and etc. Nice Place and near from MTR Station. The Host is really nice guy and really helpful. I will recommend this apartment to all my friend.

We had no difficulty finding the place at all. The location of the apartment is perfect for visitors because it's very accessible by all means of public transportation. The Austin Station is very close, bus stops on the main road, and the ferry to HK island is a 10 minute walk away. People with very large luggage may find it difficult to go up the stairs, but to light travelers, this is no problem at all. The apartment itself is very clean and surprisingly spacious for a Hong Kong apartment. There were 7 of us and we still had a lot of space to go around. We never felt like we needed anything because the place was complete with more amenities than most hotels! Our only concern is the water heater (which is not the host's fault because the previous guests did not inform him of the defect) which we needed to MacGyver our way into using. Louis was the best part of this whole deal because he was so easy to talk to. He responds on time and he is very patient with whatever questions we had. His restaurant also serves good food! We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to HK :)

Stayed here during early Feb and was more than pleased with the apartment.The apartment was spacious considering it was in HK and nice and clean. Louis was an excellent host and even helped in carrying our luggage up. Even though it was stairs up to the apartment but this did not worry us at all. Louis was even kind enough to let us check out late because we had a late flight and even gave me a phone number to organise two taxis to the airport at cheaper rates...When we arrived he explained everything about the apartment and surrounding and was very helpful in every way..Will definately try to book his apartment again next time I'm in HK..

We had stayed in Louie's apartment for a month. We found the place really clean and tidy. Louie is friendly, nice, kind and warm host. He is really helpful. We like go to his restaurant for a drink. The apartment location is the best. It is so convenience MTR just near the corner at the apartment. The night market is not far away from us. We got a good bargain. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. If we have a chance go to Hong Kong again, definitely to get Louie's place.

My party of 4 arrived in Hong Kong on 1st December. Our flight landed at 6am, but as there were previous guests in the apartment in the morning, we only made our way to apartment at around 9.30am. Prior to that, Louis had already informed us that we can come in at 10am to put our luggage while his cleaning lady clears up the apartment. It was not an issue for us as we had a full day of program ahead. So once he gave us the keys, we left. The beds were big and spacious. Even the sofa bed by the side was comfortable and expandable. The full range of amenities were provided as promised. Iron, Hair Dryer, washing machine, kettle, plates, utensils, hangers, tables, cups. The toilet, though not huge, is sufficient for one person and is well ventilated. The location of the apartment was extremely ideal. It's right beside Austin station! Literally right beside. Guests coming here must know exactly which underground exit to take for convenience. Overall a wonderful experience that kept us on our budget and gave us a wonderful place of stay.

We stayed in Louis' flat on the last week of Nov 2011. Louis responds quickly. He is a nice person, including his dad, who temporarily assisted us when we came to check in (even if it is late at night). The flat is clean and spacious. No need to take elevators. The flat is near the center, from Nathan Road, MTR Jordan station, Temple St. Night Market and to ferry terminal going to Macau. We would definitely book his flat the next time we're in HK!

I believe Louis' place is the best you can find! Best place, reasonable price, very nice and cozy apartment, and above all, Louis is a very nice person. Looking for a nice place to stay in HK? You found it!!! Congratulations.

Louis is a great guy. He is a very helpful, responsible, and trustworthy host and friend. Definitely one of the people I will visit the next time I am in HK.

Louis is my eldest cousin and is also one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world. Courteous, kind and generous, he makes not only a great guest but also a very hospitable host. He runs a cafe/bar in TST East which not only attracts new faces all the time, but has maintained a reputation and a knack for making the old ones come back again and again. If that's not a great demonstration of his respect and appreciation for people (his customers, his friends, his family), I don't know what is. One more thing: don't forget to visit Cafe de Fontaine! :)
