I live alone in a 80 sqm apartment located in the west part of Padova, pretty close to the city center.
My area is quite well served by transportation system:

- one bus line (9) stopping at 30mt from the house,
- six lines (5, 6, 10, 12, M, T) located at 5-10 mins by foot, connect it to the railway station in about 20 mins, and the center itself is easily reacheable by foot in about 15 mins and 5 by bike.
- free parking slots just in front of the building or in nearby streets

It is also a convenient option if you want to visit Venice, once you are at the train station (15-20 minutes by bus) you can hop on one of the many trains to Venice (20-45 minutes).

What you can expect:
- You will usually stay in the living room of the flat (up to two/three people)
- There is a single bed with matress
- There is a couch for two people transforming into a comfortable bed
- If you are alone, you can stay in a separate private room, where there is an additional couch-bed
- I have an air mattress for two additional people that can be put anywhere (usually in the living room)
- There are also two comfortable matresses if you prefer
- More place available around the apartment upon request
- You will be provided with clean linen/blankets/bed sheets, but if you prefer, you have the option to bring your own blankets/sheets or a sleeping bag.
- clean towel and soap/shampoo/shower gel (just ask me what you need and it will be given)
- breakfast food DIY
- access to the flat throughout the day, maps and information sheets, bicycle to explore the city

Sometimes I could need access to the private room to take stuff that I need (i.e. books or tools stored there). I will ask you. The other room is also a living room, so I might come to watch a movie, if you agree. Please ask if you need more details.

Depending on the period and my acceptance of requests, you might or you might not be staying with other guests in the same room. Feel free to ask about it if this concerns you! Pricing will be varied depending on the conditions of stay, ask for an offer!

A broadband connection with free Wi-Fi is available. You can also use one of the spare PCs available upon request!

There is a fan available but no air conditioning. Heating available in winter.

The fridge has lot of space so you can bring your own food (or buy it at the nearby cheap supermarkets).
Nevertheless I like cooking and sharing knowledge about it :)

Also, there are up to 3 bicycles available for you to tour the city easily! :)

1) There are no pets in the house
2) Smoking inside NOT allowed
3) Neighbour warning: living in a block of flats means respecting other neighbours too, so I have to kindly ask you to keep noises at the minimum after 23:30 and before 07:00, unfortunately no check-ins permitted after 23:30
4) Electricity is provided by a carbon-free renewable energy producer and I ask you to shut off the lights or devices when it's not necessary as this kind of energy is scarce.

I was in Tiziano's house for two nights and I stayied in a very big room, fwith every kind of comfort. Moreover, at my arrival, I received a lot of informations about Padua. Moreover the location of Tiziano's house is perfect, because it is very close to the old town but very quiet at every hour.

Tiziano is a very nice guy, and will provide useful touristic information. His appartment is a very comfy one, well placed in Padova, only 15 minutes by foot until the city center. Moreover there is a Spar supermarket and a very good pizzeria " Da Giorgia" very close to his place. If I would go back to Padova tomorrow, I would still go to his place :)

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay in Padova. Tiziano is a great host. He responded to all our queries and needs promptly, gave us some valuable advice on getting around the city. He provided us with bicycles and we had an opportunity to see the more distant parts of the city. his apartment is very nicely located, it is neat and comfortable and we really felt like at home there.

I was staying in Tiziano's place for Easter holiday. It was a great time for me to stay there! Tiziano and Anna are a nice people who helped me a lot, especially with the routes and place recommendations. I thank them to show me the good films to watch. It was a very good experience. We had no communication (booking, meeting...) The place is good and Tiziano is very kind guy. He provided us whatever we needed (bed linen, shower, breakfast) We also had dinner with some friends and spend a great time. I would recommend it without any doubt. Cheers, Marc

Tiziano is a super sweet person. From the minute we met he welcomed us as long time friends, even though we met for the first time. I definately recomend to stay at his place, he knows a lot about Padovas history and the way he showed the city is better than any guide :) Also one more thing, the bakery down stairs has really tasty cakes :D

Tiziano is a great person, I've been knowing him for ages and it's hard to find someone so good mannered and respectful. One funny thing about him is that although he lives hundreds of kms away, he met all my girlfriends! Ok I travel a lot but still it's a nice coincidence. We also shared a billion meeting and gatherings with friends and we went travelling so if you want one shot that is 100% sure no worries go to Tiziano!!!

I have been knowing Tiziano for several years, since a Summer Camp I organized in 2005 and he attended, and through several meetings around the country. I have been hosted by him in Padova, and we traveled together on a couple of occasions too. Nice and reliable guy, Tiziano is also a good event organizer and has a deep knowledge of his city and the nearby area: he is a great host and an amazing guide to discover it.
