  My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Clément's apartment near the Canal St Martin. Very cozy and convenient location for us to get around Paris during our first time there. It's too bad we didn't get to see Clément very often as he was very busy but he welcomed us with wine, flowers and showed us how to get around. Thanks for the hospitality!

  Oh my! I stayed with Clement at "Your Canal St Matin", and it was amazing. I never wanted to leave and I have to go back! Clement set me up with all the comforts and necessities, as well as little bonuses like a french breakfast & murmurs of him playing acoustic guitar and singing in the next room. The house is beautiful, and the area, all though quiet, its so close to everything - delicious food and pastries, metro & the international train station! I have and will continue to recommend this apartment to all my friends passing through Paris, & I cant wait to come back to Paris myself (I'll be seeing you very soon!). Thanks mate, your a doll.

  Clément has been a wonderful host. His little apartment is quiet, private, and ideally located for accessing the whole of Paris, and the area of Canal St Martin is both ethnically vibrant and a welcome refuge from the touristy chaos of the city center. Our bed is lovely, our room drenched in sunlight, and our hearts filled with gratitude that he is even allowing us to stay a little longer, as we are stranded in Paris following a volcanic eruption in Iceland!

  Recently we spent a wonderful week in Paris, and stayed in Clement's "Your Canal St. Martin". We found the location ideal. The apartment is not large, but it is very clean and cozy. Clement is a very generous (thanks for the flowers in our room when we came!) and helpful host with lots of good suggestions to help you discover Paris, and always ready for an interesting conversation. Definitely recommended!

  I stayed with Clement in his Canal St. Martin residence for 14 days spanning Christmas and New Years. I agree with everyone else that he is generous, gracious and an all-around great host. He has amazing suggestions for where to eat, visit, drink or just relax. I don't speak much french, and he was always accessible to help me navigate french culture. I would definitely stay at one of his places again, and have already recommended him to all my friends!

  Staying with Clément was a fantastic experience. He is very gracious host, laid back with a good sense of humor and full of great suggestions of places to eat, drink, sight see, shop and everything else. I would not hesitate to stay at any one of his apartments when I return to Paris!

  I recently spent 10 days at Clément's beautiful apartment in Paris when I went there for the Spring 2010 fashion week. He's a generous and wonderful host. My room was very very spacious (I had lots of luggage!!!), even bigger than your average Parisian hotel room! His apartment is 1-2 minutes away from 2 major Metro & train stations and a few stops away from all the tourist sights. I've been to Paris several times so I didn't need a lot of help but Clément made himself available just in case I needed something. Apartments in Paris with elevators are rare so the elevator in Clément's flat was a godsend! It's small but comfortable... and it's better than having to walk several floors up! Thank you so much Clément for the wonderful stay. I left Paris so early in the morning so I didn't have the chance to say goodbye but again thanks for everything. Big hugs and I hope to see you again in the future.

  apartment was huge and completely spotless. Clement is very nice and a great tour guide. His tips on paris were really amazing and i would definitely recommend his place to all those visiting paris.

  staying with Clément was excellent. He came to collect me from the station which was just around the corner from the apartment. He helped me with finding locations and how to get there. The apartment is beautiful - a wonderful way to experience living in Paris. The apartment is in a great location - right next to the Metro, but also easy walking distance to central Paris and lots more. When I come back to Paris, I'd definitely stay with Clément again, and I'll be recommending him to all my friends!

  Clément was really nice and friendly! We had a awesome Time in Paris and i hope to do it again! The Tips and Maps are really good and it is really great that you not only get a key for your appartment but also a friend how helps you and answers questions whenever you want!   The location of the apartment was great. It was close to the Gare du Nord train station which brings you quicly into the heart of Paris. The apartment is a little smaller than it appears on the pictures but it was very clean and comfortable. We LOVED the terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and the sights of the street below. The bathroom was on the small side but was very clean and rather new. The bed was comfortable and a cool breeze blew in from the opened windows, however at night the street noise can get a little loud. Clement was very helpful and even helped carry our luggage to the train. Very nice young man and accomodations.

  Clement was the best! He was so helpful and gracious! The apartment was just perfect. This is the best way to experience Paris! The apartment was in a great neighborhood, with a restaurant right down stairs, with great food, and a bakery just across the street, which had delicious food for breakfast each morning! Clement met us at the train station, and we walked to the apartment, which was just a few blocks away. He gave suggestions on where to go and what to visit. Tips on how to avoid the crowds and where the best views were. We had his phone number that he encouraged us to use if we had any problems or questions~~and traveling out of the US for the first time with 2 children, this was a huge comfort. He arranged for a taxi to be at his apartment on our last morning to take us to our next destination. I can't say enough good things about him. STAY HERE! You will truly experience Paris~~from a neighborhood instead of a hotel room. (Thank you again so much Clement! You were great!)

  I stayed in Clément's Gorgeous Central Flat and really enjoyed the vibrant location, central convenience, and eccentric beauty of the apartment (although one should understand that the owner is a smoker...). Clément was a really helpful host, providing lots of good advice about Paris and helping with a few specific needs. I would stay there again!

  The apartment has a great location, close to metro and enjoyable part of town. Apartment was clean w/ modern bathroom. Clement is a lovely person: always on time and helpful.   We stayed in Clement's apartment for four days at the beginning of May. It's very nice, perfect for two people, on the top floor of the building with a small lift. Very quiet at night, and the included WiFi was great. The neighborhood itself is a bit sleepy, especially at night, but it's a five minute walk from the nearest Metro stop and ten minutes to Sacre Coeur and Montmarte. Very clean, well-appointed, and a great value for Paris. A very good place to stay.

  I wanted to go to Pairs, having not been there for many years, and stay in an area and place that is not too touristy. Clément's place I stayed in (Your Lovely Parisian Nest) is great. The neighbourhood is perfectly located; in a residential area, yet not too far from central spots like Canal St. Martin and Montmatre, as well as the metro station, Gare Du Nord which takes you anywhere. The apartment is very clean and has everything you would want for a stay in Paris; comfortable bed, small kitchen, bathroom with hot water (and pink toiletpaper....how great is that?), and most importantly, 3 small decks where you can lounge with a glass of wine and have a very charming view of rooftops, and from one of them, the view of the top of Sacré Coeur (yes, romantic!)!. Clément is great. Very helpful and happy to give his advice from a Parisians point of view. I definitely recommend staying in one of his places. Merci, Clément!!

  First off, Clement was great!! He made the arrival and departure effortless. He was friendly and easygoing and we did not feel rushed getting into or out of the apartment. The apartment was in a great location. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. (Rue de Belzunce) We had never stayed in the 10th before and Clement was very helpful to show us where to go and where not to go. Overall, everything was great! Thanks Clement!!!
