Clemant is a great host with a lovely apartment. And a very cozy guest-room. He actually came down to meet me in the metro and carried my bags to his place while giving me a proper tour of his neighborhood, which was super centrally located right in between Gare du Nord and Gare de 'est.

Traveling to Paris alone, I was hesitant to stay in a hotel because I didn't want to be a target. A friend told me about Airbnb and had, had success with it, so I thought I'd give her recommendation a try. I'm so happy I did! Clement and his girlfriend are so nice! His apartment is clean and has great decor! The most important thing was I felt safe. Most of my days and nights were spent exploring the beautiful city, so I didn't spend much time besides sleeping and showering in the apartment, but it was nice to have a comfortable bed to come back to after long days on my feet. My first night in Paris, I was totally jet lagged and unmotivated to go out for food. Clement had cooked a delicious smelling stir fry for himself and his girlfriend and they were so generous to share with me. It was really good! We ended up talking for a few hours and they shared pictures of their recent vacation with me. Lovely couple! Overall, I had a really nice stay and would recommend Clement's apartment to any of my friends who travel to Paris.

What can I say that is new and different, and that someone else hasn't already said about the apartment and Clement as a host. Let me first say that I am a CLEAN FREAK! So, I must start by saying that the apartment was just perfect! It was so clean and well kept, it met my own rather OCD standards. The neighborhood, although old, was convenient and close to the Metro with lots of charm and diversity. I couldn't have asked for a better host. Clement was kind, warm and helpful, and willing to accommodate my scheduling demands. If I am ever fortunate enough to be able to cross half the globe again, and vacation in France, I hope that Clement will still be in the area, with yet another perfect accommodation for me. Thank for everything!

Staying with Clement and his lovely girlfriend for 4 nights was the highlight of my time in Paris. The neighborhood is central and easy to walk to everything, his apartment is beautiful and right across from a great market, and the bedroom was light, airy, and comfortable. I slept better here than I did anywhere else on my trip. But what really sets this place apart is Clement himself. He was welcoming, generous, and interesting to talk to. I felt like I was staying with friends and he and Yentil even cooked me dinner one night. We stayed up talking for hours. If I'm able to return to Paris in the near future, I would definitely try to stay with Clement again. Thanks for a wonderful stay Clement, and if you find yourself in California, you always have a place to stay!

Me and my husband spent two weeks in this cozy and super well located apartment. Clément and Yentl were great hosts. I would definetly recomend to a friend, family :)

Great location for easy access to metro and busses. Clement is a very nice host. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Would reccomend for friends.

Clement was great, really nice and helpful with sights to see and inside tips. He welcomed us into his apartment and we would stay there again!

Clement was a super nice host and we had some nice conversations. The room was perfect for our needs. He lives in typical neighborhood away from all the tourist so it was a nice escape in the evening. The train and metro stops with access to the entire city was a few steps away. Marché Saint-Quentin is an excellent place to pick up food and there is an amazing beer store in there called "Terres de Bières" that carries craft beers that you can't find other places. Thanks for making our time in Paris enjoyable.

Aghhh, what can I say that hasn't been said before? Clement is charming, he welcomes you like a pro, his apartment is just the right size, very functional, with lots of lovely little design touches here and there. When the sun shines it is very bright and perfectly located to get anywhere in Paris (and I mean anywhere) under 15min. Did I mention he welcomed us with croissants, cake, coffee at 8am!!! I am a pretty seasoned Parisian, but his recommendations directed me to some wonderful restaurants in the area. I will be back hopefully:-) Merci Clement!

What an amazing first time experience with airbnb. Staying at Clement's was much more than renting an apt for a few days. I think when you sign up for this kind of experince you arent ever sure what you are getting yourself in to. What you can hope for is a clean, comfortable place with a nice host and excellent location. We had all of this and more. Jim and I saw paris in a way i dont think most people get too. It was a romantic weekend in paris as well as sharing a bottle of wine on the roof top and singing songs til 4 in the morning. Thank you Clement! Come to La soon!

What a fantastic flat! I had a great stay. Clément is a great host offering helpful advice on the neighbourhood, Paris on a whole, including maps and other info. The location is really perfect, right in the 6th. There are cafes and shops everywhere you turn. You are also just a short walk from Musée du Louvre and the Metro. The flat is clean and modern yet within a very cool, old Parisian complex. Highly recommended!

We arrived on Christmas Day and Clement had someone meet us in the evening to give us the key, from there on he was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed are stay in rue de grunelle, and would definitely consider staying there in future.

It's rare that you get to experience a gem of a place tucked into one of the most historic and gorgeous cities in the world and you walk away more impressed with a person. Clement is arguably one of the kindest and most charming people I've met. He has an authentic pride for Paris and goes to great lengths to make sure his guests experience the real culture of this amazing city. My apartment was cozy and comfortable and perfectly situated a couple of blocks from the Seine on La Rive Gauche. A quick walk to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay, if you're an art buff. Not far from the Saint-Germain des Pres Christmas market and local cafes off Rue Dauphine.

Nice place! Pretty small, just enough space for two people, up four long, uneven flights of stairs inside a typically-French old building. You can find photos of the building online from 1910 so it's definitely old. Apartment is bedroom with big shower and sink inside the room, includes hairdryer, iron, and tons of toiletries so it's convenient. Also toilet with sliding door in hallway. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, and there's a couch/futon with a glass table that raises/lowers. We kept the desk closed because we needed space for our luggage. There were some paper towels and other consumables already, so we purchased toilet paper, sponges, detergent, and other items. We visited in winter, and there are two nice radiant heaters that kept us warm, and hot water comes out instantly from the taps. There's a washer/dryer unit, works well but we had to run the dryer a few times to get the clothes dry (we couldn't find the fluff filter to clean it out!). Clement was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us the apartment fully, and was responsive throughout our stay if we needed anything, even booked a fantastic taxi back to airport for our departure. The biggest thing about the apartment is the LOCATION. It is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything in central paris, and one block from Metro stop, but we walked everywhere and saw everything. There's even a La Duree on the front doorstep of the building. It was an incredible week. I highly recommend this place if you can afford it, the location will make your whole trip worthwhile.

We had a very good experience staying at Clement's place. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, good internet connection, convenient location, etc. Clement was a great host and was able to accommodate our arrival earlier than expected. He provided some helpful suggestions. The apartment is just steps from multiple Velib stations and biking from this location was a fun and easy way to navigate Paris. Unquestionably, a good place.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our recent two week stay in Paris; this was in large part due to the location and quality of this wonderful apartment located on Paris' vibrant left-bank. Clement (our host) met us at the apartment on arrival after giving clear instructions to the address via email the previous day and clarifying these over the phone the morning we arrived in Paris. Clement was affable and easy-going, and very generously laid out a fresh breakfast of croissants, butter, jam, a baguette and orange juice for us the morning we arrived! The apartment was a fine size for 2 people by Parisian standards and was very well-fitted out with cable TV, a fridge, espresso maker, washing machine, air-conditioning, fast internet access, and an over-sized shower. The location was especially impressive: a short 3 minute stroll from the river, 5 minutes from the Louvre, and only moments from many of Paris' most well-known bars, cafes, and brasseries. My wife and I would highly recommend this apartment to others looking for a high-quality, well-priced alternative to Paris' many boutique hotels.

I recommend this place if you are staying in Paris. I love the apt! It is exactly as described. It is very clean and cozy. Clement is an excellent host. He was there to greet me, and he left me some waters, juices, wine, and great advice and recommendations. It was perfect. He offered his assistance and time at any moment. All you had to do was call him. It was all very easy, and a memorable experience! I will stay with Clement again, when I come back!

The experience at sunny breakfast apartment was simply wonderful, clean, beautiful, warm, near to an amazing street called Da Guerre. I really want to come back to this magic spot to stay at least one month. Thank Clément for all your attention and professional posture. I wanted this place to live!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week for our honeymoon at Clement's St Germain des Pres apartment. It couldn't have went any better. Clement was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and he even added some extra stuff (flowers, chocolates, etc) I requested for an extra treat. The apartment was exactly as it appears in the pictures. The area is an excellent location and St Germain des Pres is wonderful. Great wine, market and dessert bakery on your street. Perfect cafes on either side (we personally enjoyed Le St Germain - menus are bilingual, staff was great) Wonderful walk to the historic areas of the city. The rue du bac metro is right around the corner. We can't say enough about Clement; he recommended the perfect first night in Paris and added so much to our honeymoon. Thanks Clement!
