agus is really a sweety girl. the room is very comfortable and home is located in a very good place. my holiday has been perfect.

I stayed for only one brief night, but Augustina was very friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and cosy. I would love to stay again next time I'm in New York.

Location is perfect if you want a real New York experience. East village has a great nightlife and Agustina's place is in a great position. Not noisy at all, walking distance to subways, warm & cosy and of course a perfect host. Agustina is lovely and always willing to help. The room is small, don't expect to have any parties in there. Though Agustina welcomes you to her whole apartment. I had a great time there and would love to stay there again.

Agustina is lovely, very warm and comfortable. The room is super quiet and comfortable too, though very small. The apt is pretty basic east village, centrally located, close to all kinds of interesting shops, bars, restaurants. Would highly recommend unless you're super fussy.

Agustina was very accommodating to us. Flexible check-in/check-out in terms of times and procedures. Very cozy and warm apartment. Comfy bed. Great location. Would def. come back and stay with her next time.

Agustina is a fantastic host and lovely person! The apartment is absolutely adorable. Bedroom was very clean. She provided us with fresh sheets and towels and breakfast / coffee! Great neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend staying with Agustina!

My husband and I had a great stay at Agustina's. Location is really convenient and close to all. Although the room and apt is small (very lower east side) it's great if you just need a place to shower and rest. Agustina is very welcoming and easy to deal with. We felt comfortable with her and in the apt right away!

The location of the apt is great, very close to a subway entrance, which makes it very easy to go anywhere in Manhattan. Agustina is very kind and open minded. She will give you a very nice room to stay at, and the overall look from the place is really comfy. Really worth it!
