Private Studio in N Central Austin

Tim's place was just what we were looking for, a bit removed from the city noise but a short drive to the downtown area for concerts and activities, plus the added amenities of a kitchen and washer/dryer kept our expenses low. Tim was very helpful with information and timely communication. A great first experience with airbnb.com and Tim!

Great place! Clean. Stylish. Comfortable. Just a quick interstate drive from downtown Austin. Which is not to say that Tim's place isn't well located. There are lots of delicious restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby.

The studio was beautiful and was indeed very close to downtown. My wife and I really enjoyed relaxing here after wonderfully warm days of walking around the Capitol. Tim was a very helpful host, sending us tips on getting around Austin, as well as clear instructions on how to use the utilities of the place.

Tim was a great host, we arrived earlier than planned and were able to access the unit. The place was central to downtown Austin and in walking distance of local shops and stores. Overall the place was very clean and you can't beat all the amenities that usually don't come with a hotel room. We are already planning our next visit!

Tim was a great host and the place was perfect - cozy and quiet. It was also nice to have the pool out back to lounge around. Centrally located for access to various parts of Austin.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, private, and cozy. I enjoyed not having to come in at a certain time because of the lock box, and we got in late. The neighborhood wasn't bad and the parking was close to the apartment. I would definitely recommend it.

Tim's place is cozy and nice. I did not have any problems letting myself in and did have a really nice sleep. Its in a quite neighborhood and close to pharmacy and coffee shop. He also has a cable internet which was very handy.

I met Tim nearly 10 years ago in graduate school, and we have since become good friends. He is one of the most thoughtful and conscientious people I know, and has been a trusted source of kindness and support when my husband and I had a baby. His condo is stylish and impeccably maintained, and is in one of my favorite areas of town! Not to mention you have access to a beautiful pool! You would be lucky to have such a fabulous place to stay in Austin.

Tim has graciously opened his condo to me in the past - and I have always enjoyed my time there. The condo is comfortable and quiet. All the appliances are new and the high efficiency washer and dryer are really handy. The pool in the complex is quite large and I really enjoyed spending time next to it last summer. Finally, the neighborhood is conveniently located to local restaurants, funky shopping, and always important - a CVS (about 2 blocks away)and a grocery store (about 4 blocks more) for you need something.
