My flat is in the middle of Paris : zip code is 75001, so it's just right in the middle, as Paris is build as a snail going from 1 to 20 "arrondissement".

I just moved into the flat, which has been fully renovated so everything is new in it, I hope you will be carefull with it :)
The flat is small, but the beds are good, and regarding to the location, it's totally worth the lack of space !
There is one bedroom with a double bed.
In the living room, there is a couch wich become a 1 person bed.
The table can be a desk or a coffee table because it goes up and down.
There is a shower, toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen you can use.
What I leave for your use in my flat :
- Clean towels
- Shower gel, shampoo
- Blow dryer
- Bed with clean sheets
- Coffee, tea, milk and chocolate

It's on the 6th floor with a lift. There is 2 doors before the lift.
I leave the cajon and the guitar, you can use it if you are musician.

The big Monoprix (super store) is 3 mn walking, there you can find food, clothes and stuff you need and it's open from 9am to 10pm.
Notre Dame de Paris and Le Louvre are both 15mn walking.

Closest metro :
- Etienne Marcel : 30meters
- Chatelet-Les Halles : 3mn walking

I made a little tourguide of the sourrounding of the flat with good restaurants/bar/shopping place, you'll find it when you come in the flat !

  • When we arrived our host was still cleaning and packing, and the apartment was a huge mess. We had agreed on the time by email only two days earlier, but she said that she had confused us with the guest she had had the previous weekend. She apologized once and then asked us to leave our suitcases and come back in a few hours. When we returned that evening, the apartment looked fine, maybe not quite as nice as it had appeared in the photos on the website, but ok for the price. The apartment is small (as stated on the website), but there was more furniture and personal stuff than shown in the photos making it feel even smaller than expected.

  • This apartment is great! It is clear that the apartment has recently been redone as it is very clean and airy. The security on the front doors made me feel very safe and the apartment is in a very fun area. It was so nice to have our own little flat in the center of Paris! Julia's friend Max met us at the door and he could not have been a nicer guy...even though our train arrived one hour late. I do not have any complaints about this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Julia and Max!

  • The studio was really fantastic, is tiny but with EVERYTHING you need. Everything was perfect and the position was GREAT. In the middle of Paris. Thanks Julia!!!

  • The apartment, although a bit small, was perfectly efficient and well suited to our needs and what was ultimately a perfect trip to Paris. The location in central Paris was truly perfect and is a 15 second walk to the nearest metro stop and only a 3 minute walk to one of the main metro terminals in all of Paris. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Rue Montorgueil were all very easily walkable. Unfortunately, Julia was not in Paris while we were there but she arranged for a very trustworthy colleague to take care of us and he was very kind and quick to address any urgent needs we had. He even took us out for Chinese food once! Even though she was half a world away (Austrailia!!), she replied to emails and questions very quickly. She even left us instructions for nearby grocery stores and fun streets to visit to get our trip started. There were no problems with the elevator lift during our 1 week stay and we never had to walk the stairs. Would happily stay at her place again for our next visit to Paris. Thanks again!

  • Despite being quite small, Julia's flat was very convenient and comfortable for a 2 weeks stay in Paris. The location is super central, walking distance to the Georges Pompidou museum, to shopping on rue de Rivoli or strolling the cute streets of Le Marais. Julia was super friendly and easy to communicate with and was very flexible with my changes of plans for checkout. Being from Paris I know a lot of places and found Julia;s place to be of great quality for a very reasonable price. Thanks Julia for letting me feel like a Parisian again in your cute flat :)

  • Julia's place was nice. My husband & I stayed there for 2 nights and had a great time. The location is very central to the tourist sites, and there are also tons of cafes & restaurants close by. There's a metro stop literally steps from the apartment. I'd recommend Julia's place to anyone looking for a centrally located apt in Paris.

  • We were 3 people travelling and we wanted to stay central. This apartment is in the middle of everything, walking distance from all major attractions. Julia was very helpful and organized., She had maps and all other instructions explained in the sheet, even left us adaptors from uk to eu, which was very helpful. Wi-fi available in the flat :) a plus in my eyes :) Overall I lovely stay and we were very pleased with everything. Higly recommend her.

  • Julia's apartment was in the perfect location. It is very central for strolling to either the Marais, Saint Germaine, Louvre, or even the Champ Elysees. We barely took public transportation, but we did take a cab to/from Gare du Norde. The apartment is tiny but clean and has everything you need. Julia even bought us a new jug of milk and let us have her coffee, cereal, and cookies, which was a nice touch.

  • Great location, great host. Small but very efficient apartment. Julia even had beverages for us. Thanks for everything, Julia.

  • Apartment is small but very clean and tidy. Julia was very welcoming, and friendly, and provided everything as promised in description. Apartment is located in the heart of Paris ten minutes walk from Louvre. I will highly recommend Julia's apartment to my friends.
