The place is gorgeous, simple as that. There's plenty of space, it's on the water, and the cats are so cute (Brooklyn cuter than Mila--sorry, kinda). The kitchen was so nice that my friends and I cooked food three of our four-night stay (Albert Heijn is a 10-13 minute walk from the house). The rooms were spacious and clean, and the terrace was beautiful. Can't recommend this place enough--excellent listing!

This is a very nice house with ample space to move around. The deck is GREAT and having a BBQ sure was a plus. Neighborhood is very quiet and private if you are not into the massive movement of locals and tourists in the center of town. Groceries are couple minutes walk, but bring CASH, no credit cards welcome at groceries in some Dutch Supermarkets. Walking to the tram is a breeze and they come so often that you won't need to seat at the stops. Waking along you'll find wild birds and ducks waiting for a feed. Beautiful home and strongly recommended :)

An absolutely wonderful location and easy stay! The house is a very lovely, unique location making for a once in a lifetime experience in Amsterdam. The house itself was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were great. I unfortunately didn't get to meet Thomas or Masha, but both were very communicative and helpful. The day of our travels they sent very detailed instructions on how to do pretty much everything with the house, and responded quickly when questions came up during our stay. Their cats were very friendly and easy to care for while we were there. The location is a little out of the way of the main tourist areas but was an easy Tram ride to the center of town. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay and would gladly recommend this house or any of the hosts' listings.
