Room with a Garden View !

  The night we stayed at Anne's place, it was very nice. There were chickens in the yard and a very friendly dog came to keep me company while I sat in the lovely area outside of the door to our rooms. There was a guitar that my daughter played a couple of songs on for us, and as she is just learning, we had not heard her strum before. The ambiance was very friendly. There was coffee and tea and some oatmeal, popcorn, etc.

  Anne's place was amazing. The quaint little apartment has a great feel to it, is very well kept, and is in an absolutely AMAZING part of Vancouver. We spent an entire morning just walking around the area marveling. We loved it. Catching public transit to downtown isn't hard at all, so convenience is also at the top of the list. This place is just all around great, and so is Anne. We loved talking to her. She didn't only know about Vancouver and have good tips on where to go and what to see, she also gave us tips for Seattle and Portland (our next stops on our trip)! Thanks a bunch, Anne!

  Anne was a very kind host and has a beautiful home in a great location. The space was more than roomy enough for two of us, with a spacious bedroom and living room. Having our own entrance made coming and going very easy, and made us feel like we had our own special place to stay. Very close to many neighborhood attractions, and a short drive or bus from downtown.

  We found Anne's place very easily and were very charmed by the character of the back yard and our suite. Her place is close to downtown and all the sites and is in a very pleasant residential district so that you feel comfortable. The suite is lovely and clean. Anne is lovely too!

  This is a great place to stay when going to Vancouver. It was my first time staying there and I will definitely return if she has availability for my next trip. Close to the city to get downtown by transit (20 mins) or car 10 mins. Great room with lots of amenities... Looking forward to my next visit

  Anne's Million dollar smile says it all. I felt like a favorite uncle invited for a comfortable stay. Coffee, tea, popcorn fresh fruit and more saved me from feeling I needed to step out and shop. Her B 'n B is ideally located for 4 directions either by car or public transit. An easy connection in from either the ferry or the airport. A good kickoff point for heading south by car as well. Comfy and funky...VERY quiet neighborhood.

  Our experience with Anne was wonderful. First of all, the suite is beautiful. It looks even better than it does in the picture. My boyfriend and I both did a little gasp when we saw the bedroom -- it was very cute and had a huge amount of space. Anne is a great host; she was very warm and had a ton of great recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. Also, she has the friendliest, cutest dog :) The home is in a very convenient location -- it was very easy to drive to most of the places that we wanted to go.
