FAB SECURED APT - TIMES SQ/MIDTOWN

We had a great time using Adam's place in NYC. Can't beat the location and the place was super clean. The pictures were very representative of his place. Adam helped us get oriented and left a mini-neighborhood guide to help us get around. We were super happy with our stay at his lovely central NYC studio.

This was a fantastic experience. The apartment looked as advertised - very clean, in a secure location just minutes away from Broadway and Times Square. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful - met us on arrival and gave us a list of great nearby restaurants and other tips and hints for tourists. There's a laundromat in the basement and lots of amenities nearby - 24 hour pharmacy, supermarkets and two subway stops within walking distance. Would stay here again - highly recommended for your next NYC trip!

This is a really convenient apartment; close to food, entertainment, sights and the park. It's attractive and well equipped. Adam was friendly and available.

This was our first time using AirBNB, and Adam made sure that it was a great experience. He took the time to get in contact with us, well before our arrival date, and even left us with a guide on nearby restaurants and attractions that he recommended. Also, Adam was able to easily accomodate our earlier than expected arrival time. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was also in an excellent location (around a block away from most major subway lines). And many major attractions were within a short walking distance (Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, and many Broadway shows). I would have no problems staying here again when we come back to NYC.

Adam was very friendly and understanding when we arrived late owing to delayed flights and transfers from the airport. He greeted us warmly, passed over the necessary information and quickly left us to start our holiday. The apartment itself is excellent - the pictures are actually those of the apartment we stayed in and the apartment itself is a nice light and large area. The only downside was that it's possible to blow a fuse when using both the air conditioner AND the hair dryer - something Adam DID warn us about but my wife forgot! The apartment is in a security block which had 2 elevators working at all times we were there - we never had to wait for a lift either up to the apartment or out into the city. The location is wonderful, close enough to Times Square and Central Park to walk easily to and with lots of simple and not so simple eating places just around the corner or down the street. Also down the street is a pharmacy where you can buy groceries to put in the kitchen if the mood takes you (we only used the fridge in the apartment - cooking is what you do at home!). Even walking back at 2am from Times Square we were never concerned for our safety. Access to the subway is also only a block south and a block east as well to make it even easier to get to other places in New York. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we had actually booked a different apartment further downtown but this was cancelled at the last minute meaning Adam became our knight in shining armour in making his place available at the eleventh hour. I would recommend Adam's place to anyone who wants a comfortable, safe and secure place to base themselves in NYC.

Awesome views, quiet and very close to a, c, e and 1 trains. Adam was a great host - would definitely recommend his apt!

Amazing place and awesome location! Very cheap for the location and had all the essentials needed. Bed was comfy!

As others have said, the apartment is very nice: large for a studio, clean, well-stocked, and centrally located. The internet is fast, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The only issue was the heat (we stayed in the winter), which is controlled by the building, and was sometimes uncomfortably high. Opening the windows solves that problem, however, as long as you don't mind some noise. As for the hosts -- Adam and Zack made arrival and departure easy, and were quick to respond to questions. We had to change the dates of our stay at the last minute, and Zack couldn't have been more accommodating. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The apartment was exactly as described. We used public transportation or walked everywhere. It is very centrally located. Great experience.

I SPENT SIX DAYS IN ADAMS`S APARTMENT.IT WAS MY FIRST TIME IN NY AND ALSO THE FIRST TIME I WAS USING AIRBNB SO I WAS A LITTLE DOUBTFULL ABOUT THE LOCATION, THE SERVICE AND EVEN THE APARTMENT. BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT , ADAM`S APARTMENT IS JUST AS AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS , FULL OF LIGHT AND IT WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. I DEFINETELY RECOMEND IT.

Although I travel a fair bit, this was the first time I used a private apt rental. A bit nervous about doing so, I used other people's reviews to go on. After reading all the positive reviews of Adam and his apartment I decided to book. It was the best decision I made. Excellent location, clean apartment and price was great! Honestly I don't think you could get a better location. Just a couple minute walk to theaters, Central Park, Time Square.... As far as being helpful, Adam was more than accomodating with answering any questions about the apartment and the area. Suggestions given by Adam and Zach regarding places to eat at and sights to see were great!! I plan on coming back to NY next year and Adam's place will be my first choice when I come. Thanks again Adam for everyting!!

The apartment: exactly (or even better) as pictured, very comfortable (for the three of us), nice design, amazing view, everything in a very good taste and shape! The hosts: Zack and Adam cared friendly and absolutely uncomplicated - also via mail & phone at any times available. The location: best you can think of - nearly everything within one block (subway, delis, supermarket, pharmacy, lots of restaurants all kind (indian, thai, sushi, mexican, McDonalds, etc); near to Times Place but quiete enough to sleep with open windows Fazit: Absolutely recommandable!

My son and I stayed here before him leaving for Europe and it was an excellent choice! The location was great ~ close to the theater district, Central Park, shopping and the subway downtown. The view was very nice as well ~ looking north toward C. Park. The apartment was clean and stocked with towels, soap, etc. The only thing that didn't work real well was the water pressure for showers. But, that might just be NY, in general. It was very, very light. But, overall, I would/will stay here again! Thanks so much!

Time for review! Alright, I will start with the apartment itself. What you see in the pictures are exactly as describe. The room was perfect! it had everything you would need including an amazing view. The bed was even more comfortable than my own bed at home. There was direct TV and a dvd player (blockbuster just around the around). These are just my favorite things about the apartment. However, the internet connection was a little weak, but still had connection. The only minor issue. Then again, we were using our itouches. Now, lets move to the service. We were hosted by two people, Zack and Adam, who took care our needs during the stay. They were very on top of things and live only minutes away from us. This was a plus since we locked ourselves out the first day. lol. Zack was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. As for location, there is no better area to be at. Believe me, we were close enough to time square but far enough to not hear loud noises at night. During our stay there, we visited the area of Soho, Noho, Chinatown, Little Italy, Statue of Liberty, and Central Park. But this location was by far the best because it felt the safest and cleanest. Trust me, you want to book this place. I would if I travel there again. Overall, I think our trip was budget friendly thanks to the location. I really appreciate you guys letting us borrow your place for the week. It was truly an adventure that we will never forget...And that's the whole point of it all!

If you are looking for a place stay at NY, do not look any further. This apartment is amazing. Very very clean, modern and spotless. It's very close to everywhere, we did not need any transports during our stay. The building is very secure and it even has internet. Both Adam and Zac are extremely helpful and polite. They are always there to answer any questions you may have. We are definitely staying here again next year. Adham & Azza

I've stayed here before. It's close to all the trains uptown or downtown. There's a doorman which is nice -- and the open windows makes for a really pleasant stay; it's a good place to recharge from the city outside.

I strongly recommend.
