  I realized I never gave a review from our stay here over New Year's last year and wanted to say how great of a place it was. Clean, quiet, and of course most importantly, a couple blocks from the beach. The bathroom was well stocked with soaps and things, everything seemed prepped and ready for guests, comfy bed. No gripes whatsoever. Generally rad. Thanks, Suzanne!

  Stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. It was pretty bad weather wise when we were there so wasn't great as the downstairs bedroom is cold and there wasn't many blankets. However i'm sure if the weather was warmer that it would have been a much different experience. Everything else was fine and Suzanne was great to deal with and very helpful.

  Stayed a week at Suzanne's place, and loved it! So convenient to the beach, and totally homey as well. Suzanne is super nice and responsive to any needs that may come up during your visit. Highly recommend.

  Suzanne is a great person and the place is very nice. Just one block away from the beach and within walking distance of most things you could need during your trip. We had a great time during our stay :)

  We stayed at Suzanne's place for three nights. It was great. Nice location with lots of stuff within walking distance (great if you want to take a break from driving). Close to airport and major freeways so you can get anywhere you want to go too. Apartment is very homey and comfortable. I highly recommend Suzanne.

  Suzanne's adorable place had it all -- gorgeous patio, spacious sleeping and living areas, spotless kitchen and bathroom, and just steps from the beach! She left lots of helpful info about the area in the form of guidebooks, local listings and even some takeout menus! Having the bikes on hand was also a huge bonus, as there's the famous Venice and Santa Monica boardwalk to check out. Definitely one of the best spots you can stay in L.A. Highly recommended!!

  Hi Suzanne, Firstly I would like to thank you sooo much for being really helpful with accommodating us at very last minute. The appartment was absolutely fantastic! It was so convenient as it was near many local amenities, including the beach which was less then 2 minutes walk! My fiance absolutely loved the appartment too. The free parking did me a treat. knowing that my rental was in a safe place meant I could relax without having to worry about it on my holiday. Thank you for a great time!!
