This is a very well located and well equipped apartment with everything you need. Sara was very helpful in explaining everything about the neighborhood shops and places to go. We appreciated that the street was calm and the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely perfect experience! Sara & Angelo were open to checking in later than normal. They were kind and very attentive with us. We loved their nice touches, like the chocolates, fruits and artisan bread. The flat is stunning, unique and super clean. It has a great view down the city and the kitchen fitted with everything we needed. I strongly recommend it!

Sara and Angelo are WONDERFUL hosts! Their communication was always prompt and thoughtful. It was a pleasure to meet them in person! Angelo showed us around upon arrival and even went with my husband to show him where to park. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations and shared with us a lovely church to visit. Their apartment is beautiful and has so many lovely touches. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed Angelo's homemade olive oil and vinegar and the delicious bread and fruit they had waiting for us. The location is in the historic downtown area of Perugia. Our view out our window was beautiful! We also did laundry and used the clothes line outside the window to hang our clothes to dry. This helped tremendously with the amount of clothing we packed for eight days. We traveled to Perugia with our two boys (5 and 8) and took day trips to Lake Tresimeno, Assisi and the surrounding area. It was a good location to do this.

Note that this place is a ways uphill, but it's beautiful and well-worth the climb! Sara and Angelo were attentive and so hospitable.

Everything was perfect - location, bright, airy, a great view, cosy, warm, with absolutely everything you would need. All the big things and all the little things. A home away from home. Highly recommended. We did not want to leave.

I've been traveling for three months, staying in Airbnb places. All have been great but Sara e Angelo's sweet place in Perugia is the best. Lovingly remodeled space by Angelo and his father. Just as pictured but better in real life. lovingly decorated in Italian/Mexican heritage by Sara. Every detail of One's stay has been considered and provided for. I loved it. There are steep steps inside the building that may be a hardship for some but if you are able, this is a lovely place to stay. If I come back to Perugia which I hope to do some day, I will happily stay here again. The bed was the best, most comfortable and cozy one of the six places I've staid. Thank you Sara e Angelo for your attention to detail.

Sara E Angelo User ProfileSara E Angelo is a superhost.

We are Sara and Angelo, I'm from Mexico and Angelo from a small town in Umbria with three hundred people.

I came to Perugia for my master degree in anthropology and Angelo is passionate of agriculture, especially he likes to do oil and wine.

Both of us love nature, cooking, traveling and picnics, as well as watching movies and listening to music.

We really like to meet people from all over the world and share the beauty of life.
