Fully furnished guest house available in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Located in Vickery Park near the M Streets, the Abby Guest House is conveniently located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars on Greenville Ave, Knox Henderson, Mockingbird Station and McKinney Avenue. The best part of Dallas to be in!

DART, the public transportation system in Dallas, is within walking distance as well. The guest house is a great getaway for a single traveler or a couple who wants to enjoy the Dallas nightlife in a quiet residential setting. The guest house has been freshly painted and includes a fully functional kitchen, large bathroom (shower only) and separate bedroom and living areas. Bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and includes linens. Television in the bedroom includes a library of DVD's and VHS tapes.

Cable TV, and WIFI internet connection, and towels are provided. Private entrance from the front right side of the main house. Kitchen includes stove top, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator. Golf clubs are available for use.

We have dogs and are very dog friendly.

Dallas is a great place to visit! Spring and fall the weather can be very mild. Summers can be very hot.

We are about a 20 minute drive to the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington. We are also close to Fair Park and the Texas State Fair.

What a cozy, convenient location Abby Guest House turned out to be. My husband and I couldn't have found a more ideal place to stay in Dallas for the weekend and we hope to stay there whenever we are in town to visit our children and grandson.

This was our first trip to the Abby Guest House. We arrived in the late evening and found our way to the cottage nested in the heart of a great neighborhood with lots of unique homes. Parking felt safe and easy and it didn't feel like you are in a big city. The cottage was a good size, clean and full of charm just like the pictures. We felt at home. Julie was a wonder host, we sat on her porch in the evening and had a good conversation. We are looking forward to many return trips and would gladly stay again.

Very convenient locatin in a nice city area. The Guest house is very private, spacious and has a large outside area with deck and garden. I should say good package overall.

Julie's guesthouse is well situated in Lower Greenville, which is why we chose it. She is a close walk to the neighborhood "strip" of restaurants and bars as well as the neighborhood park. The guesthouse has all the amenities of home with a tv with cable and a computer with internet access. We were traveling with our infant daughter and found her bedroom big enough to accommodate our pack and play. We traveled at the end of a brutal cold snap and the first two days were frigid. The guesthouse does not have central heat or a/c, but Julie provided us with enough space heaters to keep us warm. Although Julie has two dogs, we were not bothered by them at all.

The guest house was comfortable and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and helpful, answering any questions, and providing us with information on many subjects of interest that we had for the area. A major plus for us was allowing us to bring our little dog with us. It doubled our enjoyment on this trip, and the hosts also had friendly pets :)
