Aloha! We're the writing team of Beat of Hawaii. It's our pleasure to welcome you to our one-acre estate. We invite you to pick fresh fruit in season and hike the thousands of acres surrounding us. You're only a 15 minute drive to the beach from our rural hilltop location.
During your stay you'll have exclusive use of our ground floor (we occupy the upper level) which offers 1,600 square feet of luxury to you. Included is a master bedroom with queen bed and garden view bathroom. A second bedroom for an additional fee has twin beds and garden access. You'll also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with oven, living and dining room, washer/dryer, a covered lanai and outdoor patio.
Yoga lovers will like our teak floors and high ceilings. Book lovers will find our location ideal for reading. The suite also has (distant) ocean views from the south facing windows and outside patio.
Additional Rate Info: Hawaii lodging tax, 13.41%, collected at check-in (based on the net we receive from Airbnb). There is a $25 nightly fee anytime the second bedroom is used. Fourth guest is complimentary.
NOTES FOR GUESTS:
Bathroom access is through the master bedroom. The second bedroom with twin beds works best for additional family members.
Complimentary Wi-Fi included. Also beach towels, yoga mats, iron and board, boogie boards, walk-in closet, bath amenities and laundry detergent.
All guests receive coffee on arrival and during your stay we'll share our homemade granola and baking with you. We want you to feel at home.
Kitchen has full size oven, compact refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, utensils and condiments.
One of the perks about staying with us is to experience a local neighborhood on Kauai that's off the beaten path. Part of being local is living around roosters which Kauai is known for. We do our best to discourage roosters but cannot stop them. Ear plugs are provided.
