Spacious, bright, modern and plenty of light. Amazing top floor apartment in Central Square. Completely furnished apartment has all new appliances, washer/dryer, porch, hardwood floors with breakfast area, High-def TV and plenty of space. 5 min walk to Central Square T-stop near both Harvard and MIT (red line train). Private bedroom available in 3 bedroom place with very nice futon, desk, mirror, alarm clock. I typically work from 9am-7pm so, although I can be somewhat flexible, but please try not to check-in/checkout between 9am-7pm on weekdays. Weekends are much more flexible. Although I enjoy a nice cigar every once in a while there is no smoking in the place.
Also, please fill out your profile before sending a request (including a picture....of your face) and contact me before sending a booking request just to make sure everything works great for both of us. I will not accept bookings if we haven't discussed your travel plans. Please no bookings for friends and family members. Simply have them contact me directly. I have had multiple bad experiences when I haven't been able to communicate directly with potential guests before booking. The culture of Airbnb is a relaxed, fun, flexible way to travel and stay with local people, but is not simply a cheap hotel. If you are open to being respectful of me, my place and schedule please don't hesitate to contact me. I love meeting new people from around the world.
