The top floor has three double beds - four rooms that include a sitting room 
dining/kitchen, one bathroom
The second floor has two bedrooms, a living room with a full bath and a kitchen with a washer and dryer.

AMC Trails Also LLBeans, Fryeburg Fair, galleries, yoga classes,fine dining, horse trails, cog railway,canoeing, skiing, public beach, Portland-, golf courses, tennis courts, and Stone Mountain Arts Center up the hill. 
Plus: Art Gallery and Frame Shop on the first floor. 
1 person or more you still have the whole apartment to yourself.
