Hello there,

I have a large apartment in the heart of Nob Hill that's perfect for short-term stays. I'm situated in the back of the building, so cable car bells and city noise are minimal. The guest room has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, flat screen tv, dvd player, as well as a large selection of books, magazines and city maps.

I also have a small, friendly cat, so folks with allergies need to look elsewhere.

Bonus...my world revolves around good food, so there's always Blue Bottle coffee, organic fruit from the farmers' market and often a homemade baked good of some sort.

Susan and Cali were wonderful hostess! They both made me feel right at home. Susan was a pleasure to talk with and makes a wonderful apple cake!!! My stay was not incredibly long, but she made great suggestions if my time allowed for things to check out and reading on the plane home. The location is perfect with easy access to the BART, cable car and bus.

Susan is a very nice and easy-going host ! Her flat location is just perfect and her place very quiet (altough just next to the city centre). And the room is lovely... I didn't spend that much times at the flat but Susan always offered me perfect directions and tips (restaurants...). Thanks for the stay ! I'll recommend you for sure...

Susan is about the best host anyone could ask for. She had everything ready for me, and was very accommodating of my extraordinarily delayed flight. Her cat is adorable and her banana bread is to die for. The room is quiet and comfortable, away from the street so there's not too much noise. Wifi is available and Susan has a great list of local amenities to share when you arrive. As an Airbnb host myself, I can say with great confidence that you can't do any better than staying at Nest on Nob Hill.

Susan was perfectly nice and the place was clean. I think was a fair value for what I paid and there was nothing that she said was different from what I experienced. All and all pretty good experience. Only downside is the entrance way to her place was a bit weathered.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and any doubt about the service and experience I had prior went out the window. Susan was responsive from the start, communicated clearly, and as an early Airbnb adopter she was a great source of information, not to mention an accommodating and open host. As a first-time user, I think I was most anxious about feeling like I'm somehow trespassing or being a burden on my host, so it was great that Susan keeps to her own routine.

Susan was a great host! She had some scrumptious cake and coffee for me and even gave me a ride to my conference when I arrived. The apartment was walking distance to the heart of downtown. Overall I had an enjoyable time staying here, room was great and the hostess was amazing!

What a wonderful experience! It was our first time to use airbnb and Susan made it totally worth it. We thought the space would be too small but it was perfect! And what a terrific location!!!
