Walk to CENTRAL PARK/AMNH

Ricky had a last minute problem and we could not stay in his house. He made thr best possible to help us with another place, gave us a great city tour with a lot of recommendations and even waited for us to check in in the place we decided to stay. He is definitely a great guy!

I highly recommend that you ALL try and stay here! Ricky was an amazing host, we had excellent communication from him throughout and his tips and advice on how to get around and where to eat was invaluable! Such a friendly guy too and a really safe area to stay in if you tend to return in the wee small hours of the night. Thanks Ricky!

Stayed at Ricky's place for 4 nights. It is a small apartment well located near central park and one block away from the subway. Also the neighberhoods feels safe. Amsterdam ave is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and provides a douzen of great restaurants. We did not meet Ricky, because he was away a few days and when he was in,we weren't. (we did see your feet sticking out of the bed, when we came in late though :-) Ricky arranged the pick up of the keys and as helpfull with finding me tickets for the Yankees. We called and mailed a few time and he was very helpfull. Thanks for the stay Ricky.

Ricky is a very nice host. The room is clean and near loads of not too expensive restaurants/cafes. The next metro station is very close (not even 5 min walk) as well. We really enjoyed our stay there!

I am grateful to Enrique for accepting me to stay at his place with my 2 children, it was a last minute decision and I was glad he was so kind. His place is located just a stones throw from Central Park and the subway is so accessible. It is a very safe place in which my kids and I spend many nights out after midnight without any problems. He provided us with many helpful maps and resources about the city and gave us some budget friendly advice. He even called to make sure everything was okay during our sightseeing. I would recommend his home not only because of the convienient location but for his courteous hospitality. Thanks Enrique!

A clean and nice apartment in the middle of Manhattan! A very nice neighbourhood(upper west side) and filmlocations such as from 'You've got mail' in the same street! Enrique is a friendly host and tries to make your stay as good as possible. Nothing negative really, also a lot of restaurants in the street. I can definetly reconmend to stay at Enrique's place!

The place was very clean, in a great location and Ricky was reliabe. He was out of town while I was staying there so I only met him briefly but he was very friendly and made sure I had someone I could contact in the city if I had any problems. Before he left he made sure I was connected to the wifi and knew how to use the coffee maker!! A friend needed a place to stay for one night and I asked him the day before and it was no problem to accommodate. It was a great place to stay in NYC and you can't beat the price. Will definitely contact Ricky to see if his place is available the next time I travel to NYC!!

A wonderful host, a fantastic location all at a good price.

We stayed in Ricky's apartment on Upper West side for 3 nights. The apartment is small but very clean. The shower is tiny but it did the job. The location is fantastic , just round the corner from Central Park, and very close to Subway B/C as well as 1/2/3. We have met Ricky and Lily very briefly, they both seem very nice. if you're looking for literally a place to sleep than it's all you need.

Ricky and Lily are really nice !!And their baby is very cute! I love the location of Ricky's apt,super good!We can walk in the centerl park every morning!I love it!
