Alicia was a great host and her apartment was amazing. The stairs are worth it! So centrally located and stylishly appointed. Would definitely rent the space again!

This loft is a gem in a convenient location in SoHo. It is large comfortable and close to everything in Manhattan. It has all the comforts of home and lots more. A good kitchen, a good sound system, a good heater and a very spaceous and comfortable living area. Can't fault it and we would go back in a heartbeat. Only negative, if that could be called as such, is the climb up to the apartment is not for the unfit and the shower is strange. It is so odd you feel someone is having a lend of you when you are using it. Apart from that it is a great place to stay. 100% recommendation!!

Loved our stay in Alicia's very cool apartment. After we recovered from the journey up the 85 or so steep stairs (pack light) and the uninviting communal areas, we discovered a lovely bright sunny welcoming home amazingly spacious by any standards but especially for NYC. Location was amazing too so many great things on the doorstep. Only negatives were: the bathroom which is v small given the size of the loft, the fact that you can't stand up in the shower and the toilet plumbing....the apartment instructions include how to unblock the toilet, so you get the idea; the front room mattress was very hard; and the ladder up to the upstairs bedroom was a bit precarious after a few cocktails BUT don't be put off. If you can do stairs and want to stay in a really cool apartment in a really cool area, stay here. I would definitely go back. Alicia was lovely, amenable and good to deal with. A great NYC experience.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjours de 10 jours dans le loft d’Alicia (à 6 personnes : 2 couples et 2 enfants). Le loft est très bien situé dans LES. L’agencement des espaces et l’aménagement d’Alicia sont parfaits pour cet ancien entrepôt ou atelier new yorkais en ce qui nous concerne (les photos présentées sur le site sont conformes à la réalité). Seules la salle de bain et les toilettes non indépendants sont un peu justes pour 6 personnes. Le loft est également plutôt bien équipé (cuisine, ordinateur, wifi, vidéo et musique). Enfin nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alicia. Nous conseillons donc vivement son loft.

We had a wedding in New York and stayed at Alicia' s gorgeous loft apartment. It was perfect for the 5 of us and was both spacious and light. The location was fantastic and it only took a few minutes to walk to my favourite areas such as nolita and soho. Alicia was also a fanastic host. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Our stay at Alicia's loft was brilliant. It is a beautiful space and well worth the exhausting climb up 4 very steep flights of stairs. Spacious, light with beautiful windows and groovy furniture- it was perfect for 5 of us holidaying in New York for a week. Great location- very close to Nolita, Soho etc and a Whole Foods only a few blocks away! Only minor drawback was the shower which was an interesting experience! if you are ok with sitting or squatting in the shower while people can potentially see you through the window then you'll be fine! We got used to it and it was a source of constant amusement. I think the shower was built for midgets!

Stayed at Alicia's fabulous Loft sept 2011 with my family. Truly an amazing place. Thankyou so much for the experience.

This apartment is the ultimate NYC experience. Beautiful, clean, sunny & well styled. Very comfy beds. Perfect location for everything L.E.S and Soho. Large living rooms with generous sized bed rooms and storage space. Having a washer and dryer also was great. Overall an amazing apartment and pleasant stay. Would definitely love to visit again soon!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Alicia's apartment. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a fabulous location: minutes from the Metro; ideally placed to see the sights of Paris; close to some of the best shops & boutiques that Paris has to offer. We were very comfortable in Alicia's apartment. It has everything you need for a short stay. We have no complaints. Alicia made us feel very welcome. It was like home from home.

The location was perfect for us as we able to walk to the Louvre, Pompidu, de Orsay, Effiel Tower etc. The Rue St Honore, which is within 50 meters is great if you are into fashion. The apartment is elegant, tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed including a great kitchen. The markets in the Marche St Honore on a Wednesday and Saturday provide fresh produce and local bargains. Supermarket and laundrette are also close by. We enjoyed meeting Alicia on departure who assited us with a taxi to the Gare Lyon. All in all a lovely stay and we highly recommend. the apartment.

Alicia's flat is absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for exploring Paris by foot and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars within seconds of the front door. If you are in Paris to see the sights and mix in a bit of shopping you couldn't be better placed. The flat is extremely clean, stylish and comfortable making it a great place to relax and hang out after a long day. I highly recommend it!

Amazing location ! Alicia's apartment is of great design and space. She was very helpful with directions to her home and was very helpful answering my zillion and one questions. She also was very gracious and provided great areas to visit in Paris. Definitely looking forward to staying at her place on my next visit !

Alicia's place is sensational. The apartment is extremely charming and surprisingly spacious (especially for Paris). It is perfectly located for a stay in Paris, as it is only steps away from the simple day-to-day necessities: a couple of great patisserie (bakery), grocery stores, a velib bike rental stand, the metro, a number of great restaurants, and fantastic shopping. It's walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions, as well, if that's your sort of thing. Alicia was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. My girlfriend and I both agreed that we will definitely stay here again.

Great parisian apartment, the location is very convenient. The area is nice and quiet at night but lively and fun during the day. Alicia is a great host and will reply immediately to messages. A+

Alicia's apartment was perfect for our one week stay in Paris. The location is great, very close to Metro stations, restaurants, shops, museums... Alicia was very helpful and recommended some fun places to go out as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Alicia is a great friend and an amazing colleague. I can definitively say that she has great taste in pretty much anything she has an interest in. Her work as a stylist is among the best I've ever seen, and her apartment is one of the coolest apartments I've ever visited. What's more, she is super organized and a very good communicator. So as an airbnb host and traveller myself, I would highly recommend her as a host.
