I went to Denver for a conference and had the good fortune of staying at Alexandra's place. The center was a leisurely 20 minute walk and was particularly nice with a cup of coffee from a nearby cafe. Alexandra was the model host in every way. She answered all our questions, reminded us to stay hydrated, fed us in the morning, and chatted with us in the evening. It felt like staying with family. If I ever go back to Denver, there is no question where I will be staying.

Alexandra is a great host and willing to help in anyway including if I had transportation to and from the airport---she even fulfilled my request for organic non-fat milk. The house has a cozy, family atmosphere, the bed was comfy---I would stay there again.

What a great time in Denver at Alexandra's! Prime location for downtown museums, excellent kitchen facilities, quiet bedroom and firm mattress. She is an excellent hostess and very forgiving of my kitchen takeover-I cooked breakfast for her and the new guests and we all had a wonderful morning. Thanks again!

Alexandra's home was very peaceful and quiet. I loved the queen bedroom, as it is near the main door to the house and I didn't feel that I was bothering anyone by coming and going. The bed itself was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was just outside my door and very clean. The location of the house is also in a very convenient area. I walked from the house to restaurants, etc and never felt unsafe.

I felt like I stayed at home, worry free. I also had someone to share about my day with :) I know that Alexandra was working hard behind the scenes to prepare for me all of this. My time in Denver was super good!

Alexandra's place is pleasant and very neat/clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-day stay. Breakfast food and coffee were great, although admittedly I only partook of the nice bagels and fruit. The location offers easy access to downtown Denver, and Alexandra was helpful with pointing out various potential attractions and giving some directions. She is a most pleasant and engaging person!

Alexandra's B and B is an excellent place to stay whilst in Denver. It is close to the downtown area and bars and restaurants of 17th Av and you will be made to feel at home. There is a range of options for breakfast, and Alexandra has plenty of useful information about the city.

I loved staying here. Alexandra was so nice and allowed me to really relax. She helped me find places to go and directions on how to get there. She always had plenty of food for me to eat at breakfast and fruit to snack on. Coffee was always ready to just hit the 'on' button and enjoy. We had a couple of times to just chat, and I find her to be a lovely person. My stay was like being at home, with none of interruptions, distractions or chores. It was wonderful! This is where I'll stay when I return to Denver!

I stayed at Alexandra's for 10 nights while attending a conference at the Colorado Convention Centre. This is an excellent location and is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Downtown. The room was great value for a traveller on a budget and a much more comfortable option than the hostels in Denver. Alexandra was a lovely host and offered lots of useful advice about what to do in Denver and how to get around etc. This was my first time booking accommodation through the airbnb service and I will definitely be using it again following this positive experience.

Alexandra was a wonderful, gracious hostess. She was very thorough in the tour of her home, providing local orientation, and setting up emergency information, etc. and made me feel very welcome in terms of coming and going and helping myself to an array of breakfast items. She contacted me prior to my arrival, asked about my breakfast preferences, and made sure I knew how to get to her place. When I arrived early, she still welcomed me into my room without any problems. Finally, after I left something behind, she was very willing and happy to send it to me. The house itself was quiet, with attractive older features and a nice back patio, and in a great location - there's a cafe just down the street and many different restaurants, and downtown is close enough to walk but far enough that there's a different, more neighborhood feel. Highly recommended!

Alexandra is a very diligent host, and you will likely have the opportunity to meet other travelers, too! Easy walk or B-cycle bike to downtown.

Alexandra was a wonderful host , especially since she had recently had surgery and still invited me into her home. There was parking in front of the house, with the use of a parking pass, with deposit ,which was convenient. The home, although older, is well laid out for having guests and Alexandra has a good system for the whole process. The location is close to downtown and a short drive to the airport. Alexandra had a wealth of brochures to assist with local sightseeing and places to go in and out of town. Conversation we never absent when time allowed, and Alexandra was always willing to add to the experience as much as possible. It was a truly enjoyable visit., well worth the money.

Alexandra is very nice and extremely helpful. She will send great instructions on how to get from the airport and she even picked me up from the bus station. Her place is very conveniently located walking distance to downtown in a pleasant neighborhood.

I spent six days at Alexandra's, the second time I've stayed there. Once again, Alexandra went out of her way to see to my comfort, security, and tastes. The B&B is in an excellent location, an easy walk to the city center, and Alexandra is a perfectly delightful hostess. She stocks whatever you'd like for breakfast and then you prepare it yourself. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are great. If you're looking for heart-shaped jacuzzis, this B&B is not for you. If you're looking for a warm, comfortable place to hang your hat, you'll love it here.

Alexandra was a gracious host who opened up her entire home to me. While I only needed a place to stay while I was visiting Denver for work, she made the entire experience as seamless, convenient and comfortable as possible while providing me with a multitude of options for breakfast as if I were there for a long-term leisurely stay. If you do visit Denver and want to try something more comfortable than the standard cookie-cutter chain hotel, do consider staying at Alexandra's house. It is a convenient short distance to the downtown area, while being equally well situated for visiting other areas of the city.

We traveled to Denver for Drupalcon conference with my wife and 5 month old son. This was our first time opting out for Airbnb instead of hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Alexandra's and we would gladly do it again. Alexandra provided travel information and directions around denver and was able to answer all the questions we had. Alexandra was helpful in every way possible, she even gave us a ride to Wholefoods and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We have had a many wonderful conversations and it was delightful. Alexandra asked for our food preferances and had perfect food choices. She had artisan breads, organic fruits, greek yogurt and serials and wonderful coffee selection. The house is nice and located about 10-15 minute walk from downtown and convention center. It was wonderful we feel like we have made a real friend and will miss Alexandra.

Alexandra was totally accommodating and really quite wonderful. Her room was comfortable and she even contacted me ahead of time to see what food I wanted in the house.

Alexandra was more than thoughtful for our stay, e-mailing us in advance to see what breakfast foods we might want, giving us full access to her kitchen and, most importantly, letting us stay in her very comfortable rooms.

Alexandra is a gracious hostess! My wedding shower was there over twenty years ago! She lives just a few blocks away from me-the location is ideal to access all Denver has to offer!
