The place just let us outside, with the bags on the sidewalk and did not opened the doors.
We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night
This was a very scary suttuation, because the area is very far and seems very dangerous with slums and industrial installations around.
We sent a message to the place, around 9:30 pm telling that we were on the road and should arrive late.
When we arrived at the place we rang the intercom, and after a while, a woman answered. We told, who we are, and that we was outside with the bags, supposed to sleep there. A woman asked aour names and said "no, no".
We insisted, telling that we have reservations from AirBnb, telling we have sent an e-mail from the road, telling that it was late and we are not supposed to be left outside! And she answered again: "no, no".
We also said that we have with us the printed confirmations of the reservations, and all we got in answer was another "no, no" and she just turn off at our face!!!
We rang again, but she didn't answer. After we insisted in ranging another time, she just turned the intercom off!!!!!
No explanations received when we tried to contact the lodge after that!
