Cozy studio Paris center

  Having carefully read all the rave reviews, I was expecting stellar service and courtesy. Prior to our arrival (and after we had paid), Cara stopped answering my emails. I even contacted airbnb to intervene. Then, we had a TERRIBLE time getting into this place. Cara was out of the country and told us her mother would let us in, and many reviewers said this had worked fine for them. However, apparently she gave everyone but us the access code to get into the building, so we were expecting her mother to meet us at the outside door. We waited for over an hour, when finally I got up the nerve to ask a total stranger in a not-very-good neighborhood to borrow her cell phone. Her mother had been waiting for us in the flat the entire time! Once in the place, her mother was quite pleasant and showed us the coffee pot, which was missing the carafe and was therefore useless, and told us there was tea, which was only loose tea, not bags, and also useless. We had to go buy instant coffee. Call me old-fashioned, but seems to me a B&B means bed and if not breakfast at least coffee and tea. She did give us a nice hunk of cheese with bread and wine, which was nice. The place itself was fine. The immediate neighborhood was somewhat dicey, filled with sex shops and conveniently located prostitutes, but it was centrally located to everything. The bed was very comfortable and there was good light for reading. In the big book of recommendations, Cara raved about the nearby Montorgeuil neighboorhood without ever giving directions on how to find it.

  Nice cozy place to stay, slightly small but location makes up for it! Free internet, tv and lots of guide books+information host compiled help me during my trip in Paris. Having a lift in the building is very useful even though it is only 1 flight of stairs to the apartment.

  Perfect little studio in the center of Paris. I really loved my stay here, and was thrilled to be so close to so much Paris has to offer. The metro was steps from the door, as was the bike rentals, shops, food, museums. A wonderfully comfortable home in Paris. Merci.

  hello! just came back from a trip to paris with my daughter and stayed at cara's place. the room is exactly as the pictures and everything is ready for use,clean and comfortable. great bed! very close to all the main attractions in central paris. we loved it! i plan to stay at the same place next visit to paris!

  todo lo que puedo decir es que el estudio de cara es genial y bien equipado asi que no puedes encontrar otro sitio tan centrico y bien comunicado en el corazon de paris como este.la estacion de tren y metro de chatelet les halls esta a pocos metros del estudio. cara de su lado es muy amable. en genral es muy recomendado.yo cuando pienso volver a paris seguro volveré al estudio de cara.

  Studio地點在Chatelet Les Halles 約5分鐘距離，是巴黎市中心的各線地鐵大轉運站，地鐵出口有電梯相當便利。Studio旁邊有超市、實惠的餐館；套房空間很足夠兩人使用，沙發床如同照片寬大而溫暖舒適，各種廚餐具設備具全。Care很貼心為我們準備一些食材，並提供巴黎旅遊資料讓我們參考，是設想週到的房東！我們夫妻倆度過開心的11天。十分推薦Cara的Studio！ The location of the studio is great , which is about 5 minutes walking distance from Chatelet Les Halles. And there are some restaurannts and a supermarket nearby it. Care is an amazing host. She was thoughtful of everything! We are a couple stayed 11 days. This is a cheerful, sunny studio. Very recommends Cara's Studio!

  We arrived at Cara's apartment at the end of a long and exhausting holiday but she was there at the door to welcome us and make us feel at home. She's tremendously organised and had a very useful folder of things to do and places to see put together along with a whole bunch of guides and maps that worked as a ready reckoner to the city. Cara's cozy studio is perfect for two people and self sufficient with its little kitchen and an absolutely essential coffee maker. It has a couch that sleeps two comfortably, though I personally did miss a real bed. The apartment is on a really colourful street, filled with cafes and creperies and restaurants and there's always something happening but the studio itself is lovely and quiet in contrast to the bustle outside. And the location is just perfect! We found ourselves walking everywhere with the Louvre and Notre Dame literally just an amble away. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Cara!

  Cara was great with communication. Very quick replies, helped us figure out transportation and tips on the neighborhood. She met us at her apartment and had materials prepared for use of the wireless internet, TV, local places to eat and shop, and more. She thought of everything. Felt secure and comfortable.

  wow! amazing host! no wonder she has this amount of great reviews! Cara always reply fast, her studio looks even better in real than the pictures. I did not have the chance to meet her in person but I met her mom- Barbra. such an amazing person , she met me on time in the studio to give me the keys and showed me everything i needed to know and gave me some tips about the neighborhood . the place was clean and everything was organized and ready. Cara and Barbra made my pairs visit more than excellent! highly recommended!
