Arturo's a great guy, and he's got an absolutely awesome place. Conveniently located right next to the Columbia metro stop, it was perfect for my conference-going at Campo de las Naciones. When I wanted to get into the heart of La Latina or Plaza del Sol areas, I was only a few stops away. I also enjoyed staying around the house - the rooftop flat is light, bright, airy and well decorated. Spend some time getting to know Arturo as well - he's a great guy, and his place is definitely worth a stay.

Arturo and Simon were wonderful hosts and very helpful with all the questions we had. The room was very accommodating, the bed comfy, the pillows plush, and the antique armoire had plenty of space for our clothes. The washroom was good size and there is always hot water (for us americans). The kitchen was very useful after we found our dollar did not take us very far here in Europe :). Arturo gave us full access to the kitchen facilities which was really nice. He also let us use the washer. Oh, you also get your own key to the flat so you can come and go as you please.

Aurturo and Simon are the most gracious, lovely hosts. We stayed in the smaller room 2 and it was just perfect! Huge comfy bed with nice linens and a nice big wardrobe for clothes. The location is so convenient directly in front of the metro that takes you to the airport, and the apt itself is stunning! HUGE terrace with gorgeous views, a nice big bathroom with bathtub and a lovely kitchen. The guys were so lovely and welcoming as well. Amazing experience. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

One of the best stays I've had! Very friendly and welcoming! The apartment is beautiful with a big balcony. Easily accessible, right on Principe De Vergara with Colombia metro stop a few feet away. Comfy bed, tv to watch futbol, coffee in the kitchen, wifi...I felt like I was at home :)
