New room in a three bedrooms apartment in a safe and quite area of Cambridge, five minutes walking from MIT. The apartment has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen with lots of tools, parking slot, wireless, jacuzzi, dish-washer, washing machine and drier in the house.

The street is quiet, in the middle of Central Square and MIT subway stops. The house is in a vibrant area with lots of cool pubs, restaurants, bookstores, art galleries, and grocery stores.

Perfect for a friendly but focused professional/visiting, for a professor/grad student at a conference, or for a resting place during your traveling. Harvard/MIT visiting professors and PhD students often stay with us. If there is space in our driveway, free parking may be also included.

    A great apartment in Cambridge. Flavio and his roommate took great care to help me understand the neighborhood and what was available to me during my short stay. Everything was planned wonderfully and communication was great. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place near MIT/Harvard.

    Flavio is a wonderful person and we're happy to have met him. But the "Great Room" is more than a bit of hyperbole. It is small, cold, with insufficient blankets and has no amenities: not even a mirror or a place to hang clothes. The bath could well be shared with three others! The room is overpriced by a factor of 3!

    I stayed with Flavio when I had a meeting at MIT, and no luck finding something reasonably close for a reasonable rate.The apartment itself is fairly clean and comfortable. Keep in mind that it is shared by three grad students, so it has a lived-in feel. Flavio was very nice and accommodating, and very interesting to chat with. Overall I had a fine experience.

    I had a last minute business trip to Boston and all hotels were either sold out or crazy expensive. That turned out to be my luck. Flavio's room was nice, quiet, easy to get to, has wifi and is not that far from a 7/11. I was only there for a short stay but I would easily come back for a longer stay. Flavio is a good host and showed me where to cook, wash my clothes etc. All worthwhile if I had stayed a little longer.

    Flavio was a wonderful host. He did everything he could so that I could feel at home, and I really did! He was also extremely helpful and gave me a lot of tips. He really made my first days in Boston much easier! I would definitely recommend to stay at his place. He's a great conversationalist too!

    Flavio´s place was great. The room was perfect for my stay in Cambrigde. Very clean, nice roomates, close to Harvard and MIT. I highly recommend this place.

    Flavio was very accommodating considering the nearly last-minute request. The room was comfortable and we would have been able to use kitchen & laundry facilities had we needed them. Great location for either Central Square or MIT.

    Flavio is a great host, he was very helpful in hosting me for the night and giving me precious information on the research activities in Boston.

    Flavio was a great host. He is laid back and made it easy to coordinate a check in time and I felt right at home. The room was clean and tidy and he was gracious to offer breakfast the next morning.
