Small villa located at 3km of Monaco, pleasant with a small garden and a sight released sea.
Completely furnished with 2 double beds for 4 peoples but a possibility for 1 child additional bed can be provided. The first part of the house includes 1 kitchen equipped, 1 lounge room (with a folding sofa for 2). And the second part, 1 large room with 1 bed (140cm) for 2 and an additional bed for child can be provided, 1 bathroom with shower, two wash-hand basins and 1 toilet. The garden is private, the first floor is occuped by the neighbours.
The house is located at 300m of midtown. The bus which makes the connection between Nice and Monaco very frequently passes and the stop is in front of the entry of the house!
By car, the possibilities of carpark in front of the house are reduced but easier in the proximity, towards the centre town.
