I stayed a little over a month with Charles and enjoyed every bit of it.The room is clean with a killer view and a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom connected outside the bedroom door.Location is great close to eveything on foot.Charles went outta his way to help me in my new country having moved here from the UK and I am happy to now call him my friend.I had to stay a few days longer than expected and that worked out without any problems aswell.Any person would/should be very happy staying here.

This was a very pleasant experience. Charles' Flat was quite delightful. Very clean, orderly, comfortable, an extrodinary view and the greatest host. Charles made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The room was very nice with floor to ceiling view windows to wake up to a full view of the harbor and water. The bed was super comfortable and I suffer from a bad back and I was very happy with everything. I plan on returning again.

I stayed at Charles place for 2 weeks. Its a great place, very comfortable, in a great location. The amenities are great too. The views outside the windows are amazing, with easy access to the train and waterfront. Charles is very friendly and makes a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Charles was a great host. He met me at the condo and showed me everything I needed to know. The place was super comfortable, stylish, great view and great location! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in downtown Vancouver! Two big thumbs up!

I rented Charles' place for my mom and brother. She thought it was very good and really enjoyed her stay there. Charles rented out on short notice near the holidays so it was much appreciated.

Although we never met Charles, he was very helpful and prompt with any answers we needed online or via phone. The apartment is really well located at least if you are by car. We did walk to mainstreet and it was 10 min, but we can't speak for public transport. It is a neatly furnished place with great views of Granville. We felt very comfortable there, and would definitely return there when back in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Charles's place. Very tastefully decorated, modern, clean, awesome view, and was quiet. Also convenient location to hip Yaletown. You could not ask for more! Be sure to check out the steam room by the pool!

Charles is a extremely interesting person and a fantastic host. Beside of making my stay in the apartment as comfortable as possible, he provided me with a lot of invaluable hints and tips about Washington. I highly recommend him as a host - in wich city wheresoever...

Charles was a terrific host. Kind, unassuming, low key, generous, even kind of inspiring. The airbed was pretty comfortable and the apartment and its facilities were impeccably well-kept. Excellent location, pleasant environment, etc. If you are very sensitive to light when you are sleeping, you might wanna bring a sleeping mask of some sort, b/c the blinds do let in little slits of light. Also, be aware that the sunroom in which you'll stay does not provide privacy, since the wall separating it from the living room is made of glass. Overall, highly recommended.

Charles was an awesome host! So gracious to offer wine, dinner, coffee - all around, a perfect host! I really enjoyed my stay and had some great conversations. I plan to stay in contact and hope to see on future visits! I highly recommend Charles as a host!
